Missing Georgia hiker--Meredith Emerson, 24 #2

I'm glad you posted that again. I really want posters to take a look at the composites. I think the thread moved so fast last night alot of posters missed it. So Thank You!

I am surprised there is not a thread for Levi Frady in the Cold Case section. I think I will start one...

I'm dying to know who he called. Don't you think they know by now? Surely if it was another person that LE was looking for they would have put a sketch or photo out, right?

So did they find the person and rule him out?

Was it a business that led them to more clues? A doctor? Someplace that cashes checks? A pawn shop?

Or was he calling somewhere to see if a home was empty...to see if someone was one place so another location was safe? (i.e., if he called someone's house and they answered, then he knows they aren't at their cabin, just to continue with my Lake Lanier cabin theory).

It's driving me nuts.

Whoever he called from that pay phone called the police they said on fox atlanta news, that's how they new to fingerprint that phone. I believe they know who it was and have spoke with them..I'll try and find it for us.

I do a lot of geneology so I have programs to find address, relation, etc. I have not came up with no one by his name that even sounds like him, even checked some military things no luck... seems like I remember them saying that they called him Mac or Mack, does anyone remember this????

He does go by Mack or Mac. I think I've seen it both ways. He sure has been under a rock for awhile. That's scary.

Levi Frady comes to mind.....

Eleven-year-old Levi Frady was last seen on Wednesday, October 22, 1997, on Little Mill Road in Forsyth County. His body was found the next day in the Dawson Forest Wildlife Management Area in Dawson County. Little Mill Road is a well-traveled road between Highway 306 and 369. The Dawson County Sheriff's Office, the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office and the GBI Regional Office in Gainesville are investigating the murder.
Note: October 22,1997, was the fifth game of the World Series. October 23,1997, was opening day for deer hunting in Dawson Forest for rifles.
Investigators are also seeking the public's help in identifying 2 possible witnesses in the Levi Frady murder case.

The first person in question was seen walking along Little Mill Road in Forsyth County at 6:30 p.m. on October 22, the day Levi was reported missing. Based on witness descriptions, the sketches below - profile and front views - of the man were made by GBI forensic artist Marla. He is described as a white male in his late 50's, with a scruffy, gray beard. He was wearing a faded blue baseball cap. He walked in a stooped fashion.​

Dawson Forest Levi Frady was found there and now Meredith, also..
We have a serial killer on our hands.
We should run a check on any missing persons remains discovered bodies found around wooded areas hiking etc from FL to PA the whole eastern seaboard. That one post found said that someone had seen him up near PA laying his blankets out to dry on a fence. I wonder if he had a pattern of sticking around the warmer states during winter and then traveling north more once summer got there..
