anyone hear anything about him being involved w/ drugs? (Other than MJ? Talking HARD drugs) Aceball - 8ball, I dunno, first thing that popped into my head.

Juan Acebal is actually an artist from the 1800's.
It's on Wiki..

I thought it was for prostitution too. I think that's what the deliver, manufacture/possession of marijuana was though. If he had it in a bag, even if he just bought it, well, depending on the person, and people involved, it's not just possession, but that you're dealing too.....

I thought someone found like, 21 charges of solicitation on him...anyone remember that?

Well, Delta Dawn has a post up there that says he approached women for sex.  Which is it? I mean, I have no clue, never having approached anyone for either.
( unless I was married to them)

What strikes me as really funny is that if Juan ripped off Hilton's SSN then what fine justice that is. I hope the feds are all over his butt.

Tip to anyone commiting ID theft. Spend 59.95 and do a criminal background check on the person first.

Tara popped into my mind right away.

In fact, I'm in the process of remapping missing/murdered along I-75 and I-77, as well as national parks.

It might take me a while, as I have three huge southeastern US maps on corkboards, each one represented by pushpins... many of the cases date back to the 70's. I have over 150 marked, but I'm trying to "redefine" my filters.

I'll let yall know what becomes of all this.

That's an awesome thing to do. Bless you!! :blowkiss:

So it's an alias he 'owns'?

Don't know, there are plenty of J. Acebals listed in white pages and close derivatives of the name but I was just looking to see if it it had any obvious significance to Hilton.
I was honestly looking for a dog reference..

My understanding solicitation would be for sex. He plead to those (21 charges) under a plea agreement. Usually a defendant pleas to reduce or remove charges. Meaning the original charges are probably much worse than solicitation. In most states, solicitation is usually a misdemeanor. In this case they were felony. And victim impact statements are highly unusual in a solicitation case. All signs point to more serious charges.

I've read that often, criminals are caught during a routine police stop for something like a bad tail light on their vehicle or something.
With that in mind, and the fact that this guy is a seasoned criminal, I wonder what's the chance that he's had his dog or dogs vaccinated against rabies yearly as required by law. If there are vets who have records on Dandy and perhaps Dandy's predecessors.
I know that if a person is on federal land with a dog, they are fairly likely to have the dog's rabies tag inspected to make sure it's up to date, more than if the dog stayed in the backyard of their residence.
I wonder if LE is contacting any vets? Do vets have any kind of national network of communication that could be used by LE to run checks on the dog or dogs?

He could have given them an alias and paid cash, but I bet he called Dandy by her real name every time.

What would the original charges likely be for, Suzi? Is indecent exposure or something like that more serious than trying to buy sex?
Are we sure he hasn't lived in Las Vegas, sin city?

Going on the dog thing here - maybe long winded bear with me -

Someone - I can't recall who/where, my brain isn't functioning like that atm. But I thought it was referenced he may have been in the service at some point?

IF so..is there a way to find out what branch and what he did?

IF so, could he have been a k9 handler of some sort? Regardless if Dandy was originally his or not, everything/one has pointed that Dandy was/is WELL behaved, he's had to work with her/him in order to maintain that. Also, from accounts, he seems to be obsessed almost by well behaved dogs? I don't know..just a tangent? Anyone?

I'm thinking the same as Deltadawn. Here is her previous post.

I still think that the solcitation charges..many of them are fro this man trying to solicit various everyday people ..who were appalled and called LE ..THEY finally got so many that they picked him up and also had 7 (?)
victim statements..that can only be regular people he was trying to ask, will you have sex with me for x amount of money..and most women would be upset and report the incident to police. Am I way off on this..or has this guy been trying to solict women for a long time? Here is the question//what happened to the ladies that said yes?

There is a database to check to see if a person was in the Services. However, I had need of it 2 years or so ago, and it has changed since 9/11.
I think that the person who is requesting the info has to put the request in writing now.

NOO, now I remember.
The site can be used IF the person has the SS#!!
We didn't have the SS# of the person we needed to check up on.
I'll look for the site. BRB.

Someone on Steve's site mentioned that it sort of looks like this ATM guy has a holster or sheath of some sort on his hip

http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/9392/bildecd9.jpg

I think it looks like he's wearing the beanie from the dashcam video. Can someone do a side by side? After seeing Hilton in the dashcam video, I think he is definitely the guy in the ATM pics in both the Bryant and Dunlap cases.
