It's apparent to me that there's not a lot of truth in the case involving Maple Park. I am still not clear why Joe's alibi for June 7th was included in a record for a different case. And because he left months before, it does not mean he did not return. If he was into stealing...he may have met a network of criminals......which may have been the people Steve Garrison knew, assuming Joe was around them at some point when he was stealing and pawning things. We know Mike and Dusty bought weed from Garrison. And we know Garrison was selling from a hotel, then later at the Hillcrest 92 apartments (where Dusty's girlfriend lived), during this time period.

It is because until the women went missing the police kind of dropped it after the initial incident reports. The girls going missing is what pushed them to pursue again. They had to look like they were doing something considering now the Maple Park crime went national. You have to remember during this time period there was a big push against kids that listened to heavy metal as devil worshipers. This was the same time as the West Memphis 3. It was a time of loving blaming it on the kid and pushing the devil worshipping aspect even if they did not worship the devil. And no he never worshipped the devil.

Suzie's car was used to pawn the gold teeth. I do not think it matters one way or another if it was used in the Maple Park break-in.

Interesting enough, Ex SPD cop Mark Webb says in Disappeared that Mike Clay's ID was used, but your document says Dusty's was used.

NO Suzie’s car was NOT used when they pawned the teeth. Suzie’s car was NEVER used in any crime.

When did Detective Mark Webb go to Cathe, Mike, and Joe's apartment on Elm? It had to have been between 3/2/1992 and 3/3/1992.

I was able to get a layout of the apartment. So if he poked his head around from the doorway, how did he see a cow skull (or whatever it was that was interesting to him)? Was there a mantle in the living room?

Where was Joe if he was released while Mike got questioned? Was he the one answering the door? Or Cathe?

If they used Suzie's car to pawn the teeth. Was she with Dusty and/or Mike and/or Joe? Maple Park happened on Feb. 23 1992. Teeth pawned on March 2, 1992.

In 1992, 23rd was a Saturday night. March 2 was a Tuesday. Mark Webb said he went to Mike's apartment and saw the "satanic rituals" (Ha!) on the wall.

When did Webb come by? Which day of the week?

What was on the Wall was a Slayer poster. You know, the metal band. NOT any satanic ritual of any sort.

Mike did not even have an ID then and in the case file it has Dusty’s name address and ID number and how they got it from the receipt.

It was a concrete cow skull like you get at a garden center.

I can buy SPD being dumb enough to suspect satanism over metal posters and considering how off the behavior of stealing skulls from a tree. Think about it, conservative christian cops see two tombs moved and skulls stolen, then see a concrete skull and poster...their little head runs wild. All makes sense.

What I want to know, is where the hell Joe was during either A. Mike's jail time/questioning or B. When Webb came to the Elm apartment.

I'm always impressed when I hear stories of folks who are able to pull themselves out of a tough lifestyle and make a good life for themselves and their family. You must have been a good influence on him.

I want to know if there is more to Suzie’s past than we are aware.

She had two ex boyfriends and one was violent towards her and threatened her after they broke up and then she dated somebody who robbed dead people for a kick. I mean the odds on dating such dead beats at 17/18 has got to be slim to none.

Also what was Sherill doing whilst this all went on, she was meant to be a very strict mother and yet she let her daughter shack up with a violent boyfriend and a grave robber and then she moved in with her alcoholic brother who openly admits he was a mess back then.


When people vanish the stories we are told are often embellished to make them appear saint like because you can’t slag off the dead. Something doesn’t jive with the personality’s traits we are told they had IMO

Did Mike work during this time? What was his income? Dusty had a service job it looked like on 48 Hours. But we know he worked the theater in March 1992.

I always thought the GR boyfriend was the abusive one, but apparently this Mike boyfriend was the abusive one. Does anyone know if he was looked into?

Irish, if Mike's girlfriend was the daughter of a Goose, and was in CA....can you tell us when she moved to CA? Were Mike and her going long distance?

Do we know WHY she moved to CA??

She moved to live with her mom and not her dad.

Well she let her daughter move out and experimented with drugs. Both smoked in the house. She was out partying frequently. Had boyfriends (plural) who "liked to smack her around a bit" (Dave Asher - 48 Hours).

Not a typical upbringing.
