I know! Pretty much every time she says something. The judge constantly tries to put the solicitor in her place. I can't believe how composed she remains.
Surely she will not, in my opinion.
Added to #1 on your list.If I understand this correctly , the jurors want
1) explanation of resonable doubt & circumstantial evidence
2) definition of the charges
3) to be able to watch videos
4) question about the testimony of the Hart's
Not as clean cut of guilty or not guilty. Hoping definition of the charges is questions about " luring "

Maybe reasonable doubt should be changed to just use some common sense.
To say the least. That was slightly worrisome.
I ask the same thing. LE could have gotten IP address from FB and if it was TM IP I would think they could link it to at least the house. But Judge might not have let it in. Trying to think of a case where it might have been allowed, coming up empty right now.

Horry County police investigating the Heather Elvis case seized 13 cell phones, six computers, and various financial records after executing search warrants at the homes of Sidney and Tammy Moorer and their parents, according to documents obtained by Waccamaw Publishers.
Horry County police seized $10,600 in cash from a safe, a torso of a mannequin with white a white tank top and a Bi-Lo receipt dated Dec. 18, 2013.
Search warrant returns didnt state a specific time on the receipt. Unspecified items were photographed as well.
Sounds like someone bit the defense hook about the Hart's. Judge didn't even address that with the jury. This is going to be a long day, imo
