The judge constantly tries to put the solicitor in her place. I can't believe how composed she remains.

I bet on a hung jury. Someone on the jury doesn't understand the jury instructions given to them. JMO

I know! Pretty much every time she says something.

If I understand this correctly , the jurors want

1) explanation of resonable doubt
2) definition of the charges
3) to be able to watch videos
4) question about the testimony of the Hart's

Not as clean cut of guilty or not guilty. Hoping definition of the charges is questions about " luring "

Sounds like someone bit the defense hook about the Hart's. Judge didn't even address that with the jury. This is going to be a long day, imo

Surely she will not, in my opinion.

I agree with being open and honest with children. Exposing them to a moment that will stay with them for the rest of their lives is different.

Added to #1 on your list.

I am more convinced than ever that ID discovery or some other channel needs to do a segment on instructing juries how a case works. I know many would never see it but dang this stuff happens over and over.

IMO

Not stories about a trial in Arizonaor a 3 week trip to Reno?

Maybe reasonable doubt should be changed to just use some common sense.

Why in the world would you even consider anything about the Harts? They were not the ones on a pay phone calling the victim at 1:30 am. Their vehicle was not seen coming and going to the same spot that the victims car was found, where her phone stopped working. Where she was never seen from ever again. [emoji35][emoji35]

That was slightly worrisome.

I ask the same thing. LE could have gotten IP address from FB and if it was TM IP I would think they could link it to at least the house. But Judge might not have let it in. Trying to think of a case where it might have been allowed, coming up empty right now.

If we are talking about same post and I suspect we are, the mention on SM three times by first name but capitalized only once, I find that odd but I have no idea what TM's writing habits are.

In fairness to the jury, didnt the judge say before they were brought in that written jury instructions werent sent back? The way he rattled on and on giving the instructions Id probably be confused too.

This is alarming.

someone earlier stated something about TM going shopping and a bi low receipt ......

Horry County police investigating the Heather Elvis case seized 13 cell phones, six computers, and various financial records after executing search warrants at the homes of Sidney and Tammy Moorer and their parents, according to documents obtained by Waccamaw Publishers.

Horry County police seized $10,600 in cash from a safe, a torso of a mannequin with white a white tank top and a Bi-Lo receipt dated Dec. 18, 2013.

Search warrant returns didn’t state a specific time on the receipt. Unspecified items were photographed as well.

The Bi-Lo receipt never came up and have been wondering why?

I would think Jeremy would have been the bigger hook. Talking about the Harts was just so ridiculous!
