So, I have a quick question (that may have already been answered elsewhere so please forgive me if it was and I missed it)... how is it that he could and most likely will be found guilty of kidnapping without the murder charges coming back into play? If he is found guilty, is it possible that he could be charged with murder again?

Son's friend witness will testify that the cameras were working at Moorer house week prior to HE murder. Bought new one and old one gone, never seen again. Says SM covering tracks.

Wow, one of the M's kids friends is actually going to testify for the prosecution as to them having a working surveillance system in place in the weeks before her disappearance. NICE!!

Family friend of the defendant will testify about the weeks before Heather went missing. Actually the sons friend. He will testify about the old system. The one that vanished like the rock in the water...replaced by a new one bought at SAMs club 21st

IMO yes that is why no murder charges yet, so that they don't have to worry about Double Jeopardy. -IMO

OMG Def Attny talking now. Chump. Says 6 boys on the shore, if you saw nobody throw the rock you really can't narrow it down. Says longer the opening statement, weaker the case. *Eye roll* *side eye*

ETA says the 6 guys are related to (friends & otherwise) related to HE family.

If I were able to - I would use social media and have as many people as possible outside that courthouse - every morning and every evening - QUIETLY just holding up signs that say WHERE IS HEATHER!!!!!!!!!!

By 4:30am (around then) witness saw HE car, nobody else there at that time.

That was when LE patrol came by. What time did Heather's phone last ping? I hope there was no other traffic on that road between the LE patrol and SM's truck that time of night and the video will show that.
