Whew, that's a relief. And SM said he had no contact with Heather that morning and TM said she ran away. Can't we just take their word for it?

I have whiplash from this morning's jury selection. I have never seen jury selection go so fast. I wonder how many of the 150 valid jurors they went through before they decided on these 14.

All that work of sending 800 questionnaires out and detailed information gathered! The friend of Truslow should have been thrown out of the jury.

The friend of Truslow should have been thrown out of the jury.

I'm really having a hard time understanding how he wasn't. How is it okay?? I was almost on a jury for a medical malpractice suit once and saw jurors dismissed (myself included) just for knowing of individuals who worked at the hospital in the case. They didn't even know them personally, just knew that they worked there. But this is okay? WTF.
