HE always came to work. Describing her job. Not old enough to serve alcohol. Worked there about a year and a half.

Knows the defendant. Hired as maintenance. Worked there about 6 months. Came in to work late at night when they were closed. Heather had a fondness for him. Hanging out. He would come in during the day and bring coffee and bagels.

HE always had her phone and would get in trouble. Charged it in the office so she saw her phone. Looked at it and was SM texting her. Multiple messages. Messages about meeting up and talked about having sex on the back patio of TK

October two of the girls made a prank phone call saying TM had found out and eventually Heather found out that day that it wasn't Tammy that called and a prank.

The day of the prank she was scared nervous jittery and wanted to leave.

Says that HE went from A cup to C cup in bra and needed a bigger bottom. Took pregnancy test but it was "error" during the time she was with SM.

After breakup HE was sad and down but eventually returned back to normal, making jokes etc.

JC says she has not heard from HE since she disappeared. Never no called or no showed previously.

Changes in her appearance. Had to change her bra from a to c and needed bigger kilt. At first thought she gained weight. She became concerned and took a pregnancy test. She saw it. The test said error.
