She made up the story because the other girls were telling her she was getting what she deserved sleeping with a married man...

Keep on trying to blame the victim, defense, keep on trying. HE was not a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and it will and is being proven. Shame on y'all. You and your clients are pure s*um of the earth. JMO

Written on the blackboard-

Hey ladies please stop the maintenance man is married

Or something like that. Her written statement left out the F word but she said it on the stand.

Disturbing thought... in one of her rampage texts to Heather, didn't TM refer to Sid as "dad"? Shoot, I can't remember the exact wording of the text... something about "Dad has a new number now" or something to that effect? Makes even more sense now.
I remember people thinking it was one of the kids because it said dad, but interesting thought.

I never understood it- if dad has a new number then what did they give that number to a child? It's not hard to change your number. You don't have to keep the old one. And why would you keep it if you wanted someone to stop calling you? It may have been a child intervening and answering that text thinking they are helping. I don't think we will ever know.

Found the text. It said "by the way dad no longer owns a phone".

It was apparently a story she made up to tell people at work for the bruises.

Yea and you know there going to run with that and probably use the fake stabbing to say someone else took HE out. :gaah:.

I feel so bad for the Elvis' and her friends who have to testify and be cross examined.
I don't know about y'all, but I got real upset and very anxious upon learning about a (possible) pregnancy. I had to make myself a cup of lemon/ginger tea to help with the nausea.
Anyone else have a physical reaction?

Yes hearing that the pregnancy was very much real made my stomach just flip...not that we needed more of a motive, but there it is if true.

We all heard the rumor, but I thought it was just a rumor. Like the beat down in the Walmart parking lot...we could never find any truth in that.

It was an early rumor, so some already knew that would probably come out in the trial. It is all so sad. Breaks my heart listening to those poor women testify about last time they saw her.

So basically the defense is rush to judgment and state had to find someone. Or could have been the crazy wife. Or imply it was ex boyfriend or some other guy that her friend insists she didn't date. Basically they aren't going to pick one just try to cast doubt on anyone. Which I know it's his job...but it didn't sound like he was going to imply Heather ran away.

BBM - I have never thought the comment about dad no longer owns a phone was by one of the children. I always thought it was TM. I took it to mean she was emphasizing that SM was married and is her children's father/he's my baby daddy. Also, it is not clear to me that TM knew that Heather knew SM was a married man or is that something anyone thinks she did know at the time of that nasty text?

The text that said dad was November 3, so Heather knew he was married. They had already broken up according to her friends.

Edit- never mind I misunderstood. Yea we don't know if TM knew Heather knew.

From the testimony of the three witnesses we heard today; everyone at the Tilted Kilt knew what was going on with the affair.

Did TM know someone who worked there? If so, surely that pregnancy rumor got back to her.

Had me really wondering if she was pregnant. And I'm assuming we can now talk about that since it's been said in the trial.

I'm wondering now if it isn't a deliberate trial strategy by the defense not to have TM there while they throw her under the bus. Unless she is on a witness list. Has the witness list been published?

The preg test should have showed a positive or negative. If it were an error she would have retaken it?

My last post I was trying to edit disappeared. It was all messed up and went poof in the middle of me trying to edit. Anyways...

About the DAD text, I always believed TM posted that using DAD because she found out bout the affair and wanted to push home that SM was a father. JMO
