Changes in her appearance. Had to change her bra from a to c and needed bigger kilt. At first thought she gained weight. She became concerned and took a pregnancy test. She saw it. The test said error.

I wonder if HE told her it was an error or somehow forced the result to be in error so she wouldn't have to admit she was pregnant while at work.
For example HE may have gone into bathroom and found out result and then poured some other liquid on it to force the error result knowing there were others wanting to see results waiting for her maybe.

The whole pregnancy thing sure makes the motive more clear to me. What evil people those 2 are.

When the comment was about the chalk board was mentioned it made me wonder if TM contacted owners or mgmt of TK about Heather, while else would they get involved?

You're not mistaken... because I definitely remember hearing a manager say that TM called her up livid about it. It might've been the first witness who testified today.

ETA: IIRC, she mentioned it during a brief interview with a news station at PTL after one of the vigils held not long after the Ms were arrested.

I can too.

TM is very revengeful. Think about how things escalated with TM as she went into rage. She wasn't satisfied with first just threatening HE and so she proceded to allegedly physically confronting her and then finally making sure she was dead altogether. TM would not stop till she was dead and out of the picture altogether. And convincing SM to help do her dirty work.

Im hoping TM learns something at this trial that makes her explode at SM so much that she ends up calling the Prosecution and DA to testify against him.

It's definitely going to be interesting how things play out.

Some jurors may still be flabbergasted of how H.E and S.M were even an item to begin with. Jmo.

Because I'm still trying to figure out what H.E saw in the older S.M.

Plus I would have thought that S.M would kill T.M and not H.E.

Especially since he had his grips on a younger, prettier female.

But since T.M seems like the alpha of the relationship. Then I truly think that T.M kidnapped H.E.

I just now listened to judge instructions and the judge told them to vote on the foreman and the foreman was supposed to sit in a certain seat when he was selected during the trial.

Testimony from three women who previously worked with Elvis at the Tilted Kilt, a restaurant at Broadway at the Beach, started directly after opening statements concluded Monday. Each touched on their relationships with Elvis and Elvis’ relationship with Moorer.

Day two of the Moorer trial is expected to begin at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

I remember the Judge addressing the seat. Didn't pay that much attn. to what he said. I wonder if he meant that seat is specifically for the foreman when they reach a verdict.

The alternates have been chosen. He basically told them they will have no real responsibility unless one of the jurors gets dismissed, but they still need to pay close attention to the whole thing as if they were going to have responsibility.

Today is the first time I've heard about Heather and SS going to the movies on their date. Is that just me?

Also, I thought they stopped into the Tilted Kilt for a night cap before she was dropped off at home? No mentions of that from any of the TK witnesses? Who from TK served them?

That's ridiculous. The foreman and the alternates should be chosen just prior to deliberations. Especially the alternates, who may not be paying close attention because of their status - no matter what the judge tells them.
