Good morning. The judge starts off with telling one of his stories. Oh jeeze. :banghead::banghead:

He reminds me of that nutjob judge in the Anna Nicole Smith case. It's his 15 minutes and he's going to make the most of it.
Can you imagine this slow-talking, story teller on Nancy Grace. I can just picture the look on her face. (and I'm a SC native)

Who had to leave the courtroom? The story time was before the jury was in, he was talking to someone off to the side then I lost sound.

Judge Dennis telling the jury they are ready to continue. He's asking the panel if they adhered to his instructions not to discuss the case or watch or read any media accounts about the case. All affirmed they had not.

Now he is telling them if they take notes not to miss anything from looking down to write. Says body language and facial expressions are important but is allowing them to take notes.

Asking the jury what time they want to do court. Jury member says 8:00 or 8:30 until 5:00 or 5:30. Judge says 9:00-5:30.
