LE needs to put some guards out on those cameras tonight. Just saw what I thought was SM jumping up to talk to his relatives and show them where the cameras are that was talked about. Someone may do something to destroy some cameras.

Exactly. Prosecution needs to do much better job of making sure she points out important parts of the video and also during all the testimony. She needs to highlight and emphasize her main points.

Feeling better about this trial than yesterday. SM buying the test before the phone call was certainly a bombshell. jmo.

A real bombshell to find out SM bought a pregnancy test exactly before the phone call. This info is so important, but very sad when connecting the dots. Poor Heather.

1:19 AM surveillance footage of Sidney Moorer buying pregnancy test at Walmart. Paid with cash.
~1:30 -1:35 am – SS dropped Heather off at her apartment, said she didn't answer any calls during their date, she was in a good mood but tired, not crying or upset
1:35 am – HE receives a call from SM; call was placed from a payphone & lasts 4.83 minutes
1:44 am – From her apartment, Heather called her roommate BW, who was in Florida, and spoke for 2.2 minutes; was crying and upset after the call from SM because she was trying to get her life back together after her affair with him and harassment by TM.
1:53 – 2:09 am – 10 posts are made to HE’s Tumblr account Ten posts
2:29am: Heather tried to call SM back at the pay phone number several times, but no one answered
3:16am: Heather tried to call SM's cell phone, no answer
3:17am: Heather called SM's cell phone and spoke with someone for 4.15 minutes; (Phone pings place HE’s phone at her house & SM’s phone at his house)
~3:21 am – HE drives to Peachtree Landing @ 6699 State Rd S-26-611
3:36am: A security camera at a private residence 1.7 miles from the M home recorded a distinctive late-model Ford F150 coming from that direction and heading toward Peachtree Landing
3:38-3:39am: Heather had arrived at Peachtree Landing and tried to call SM's cell phone four times, but there was no answer
3:39am: A security camera at a business D&S Siteworks 1.2 miles from Peachtree Landing recorded the Ford F150 heading toward the landing
3:41am: All data and GPS signals ended on Heather's phone
3:45am: The security camera at D&S Siteworks recorded the Ford F150 returning from the direction of Peachtree Landing
3:46am: The security camera at the same private residence recorded the Ford F150 returning from the direction of Peachtree Landing toward the M home
3:47 am – Suspicious activity/car report is made @ Atalaya Place, Myrtle Beach SC
~4:15 am - Routine patrol investigates Heather's car. Doors are locked. No signs of Heather.

Don't forget, there's still a video expert that will probably do all of that for her when he takes the stand. But ya, not fast forwarding the video was so dumb. They can give the whole video to the jurors to watch during deliberations, but there is no need to play 10 minutes of nothing happening during the trial.

I don't remember the phone, but even if the cameras were destroyed tonight, what difference would it make? They just need to see where the cameras were at. They don't even need to work anymore.

Tomorrow's going to be a very big day for this trial. I actually do think it could be all over by Friday. I think the expert surveillance guy is going to take quite a while, at least half a day. After that, I think they will end with Bri. Just my opinion.

I agree. I don't really see many people testifying for the defense. Is TM's mom going to take the stand and back up his "alibi" that they were at home? I kind of doubt it.

Is it possible he somehow got to her apartment and had her take the pregnancy test there and once confirmed she was pregnant then he went home and told her he would meet her at Peachtree a little later when he could sneak out again?

From 2:30 to 3:16 that is 45 minutes.

Its either that or he met her at Peachtree with the test and asked her to ride with him to go take the test somewhere else and left her car there. Which could have been the scenario too.

No matter what it was I am upset just thinking about what she went through. Probably thinking it would be just him wanting to decided about the baby and not realizing he had murder on his mind.

I would think a pregnancy test would have been found in her apartment.

Yea it probably wouldn't matter a whole lot but it sure looked fishy how quick he jumped up.

From what I remember one of the pay phones he was said to have used ended up getting destroyed by an unknown person shortly after the news broke that LE had video of the pay phone area. I believe SM was going to try to claim the phone never worked and didn't realize LE had gotten the phone records for that phone. Something like that. Not sure if I have remembered it all correctly.

I don't trust any of their side after some of the things that went on. Remember TE having someone threaten him at his business.

Crazy stuff going on and I wouldn't put it past one of their side to think destroying the cameras may help his case if jury cant see them.

I don't know. This is not making any sense to me. Sidney purchased a pregnancy test at 1:19 on the 18th. This was before he made the pay-phone call to Heather. They had to communicate in some way prior to that date for Sidney to know anything about it.

People at her work knew before that day. He knew people at her work. Probably went through the grapevine and he was tipped off by a coworker.

Can the MIL testify if she has been watching the proceedings thus far from inside the courtroom? I'm still wavering on whether the MRS will make her appearance as a witness. It will open her up to cross, which I'm hoping will allow social media to be brought up.
