I still don't understand why the State brought up the 4:37 text message from SM's phone, but didn't say what it said. That was just weird.

IMO this information also shows that his phone went silent from approximately 3:41 until about an hour later when the IMs were sent. That's enough time to dispose of a body. Why did he suddenly go quiet? Probably not for a legal reason.

Yeah, I think this lends more to the idea that he was home. I hate to admit it because it makes me sound super lazy, but sometimes if I'm in my room and my husband is in the living room (closer to the kitchen) I'll text him and ask him to bring me something. And vice versa.

What would one need popsicles and orange juice at 4:30 a.m., though? That's not only odd in itself, but an odd combination.

I hate to say it, really hate to, but that too makes it look like a more nonchalant kind of evening/morning. Popsicles, orange juice, and murder all within an hour? Idk, really odd!

Agree about the texting. Last night I texted my son from my bedroom and asked him to switch the laundry from the washer to the dryer.

this confused me today and some clarification would ease my mind. I didnt understand the DJ angle. I assumed at first HE has incorrectly texted SM when she meant to text a DJ. I then assumed when SM reply texted "Who is DJ" then HE replied something like :"You are DJ silly" SM didnt reply seeking clarification so can I assume she has some DJ acronym pet name for SM?

I don't think that proves that, to be honest. Until you said this, I thought they were just in separate rooms in the same house, or one was in the house and the other was in the garage (say, dismembering a body).

Also somewhere today someone on the stand gave out his email address it was a gmail. So he probably had it on his phone- I know in my gmail settings I can turn off location and search history. Otherwise wouldn't it show my phone locations??

Anyway I wonder what more we will get for the phones and where they were.

So if the judge thinks done by Friday that means the defense really doesn't have many witnesses. I will assume the expert...but who else. He's going to say he was home. Who can get up there and say that? Polly? Not Tammy.

I was wondering that too, and then it led me to another question....is the public ever made aware of how many witnesses each side has?

I'm also a little shocked that all those texts weren't marked as deleted to be honest. I mean no matter what "zoning" business name he had her under wouldn't he delete them anyway? Maybe they mostly spoke on the phone and didn't text as much. That night she didn't even attempt to text him only call.
