Courtroom is silent as Witt reviews phone records for November 2013.

The witness testifies that there were 22 outgoing calls from Elvis to the defendant, and 39 incoming calls from Moorer.

Two of those November correspondences from Moorer to Elvis were multimedia messages, according to Witt.

I haven't really watched the past two days of streaming, just been following along on here with your posts (great job everyone!!!) but I am watching live today and I just have to say, when I listen to the Judge, all I hear is Fred Gwynne (Herman Munster) as the judge on My Cousin Vinnie .. LOL

Exactly who I was thinking of yesterday.

Wasn't that when he was in Disneyland with the Mrs?

I'd like to know the last date HE called SM in Dec.

22 calls to Sidney from Heather in November. Drastically less than previous months.

39 calls to Heather from Sidney in November.

6 to Sidney from Heather in December. None from Sidney.

I knew it didn't end at the end of October. It cooled off significantly, but there was contact.

Did he have a throwaway phone at one point?

I wonder if the dates of those 6 outgoing calls were the night she disappeared?? didn't she call him a few times on his cell phone after the payphone call and before she arrived at PTL?

That is what I am wondering too.

I have not followed from the start, what month did they meet. It's such a short period of time in retrospect for this affair tonthrn have led to murder. So sad.

YES!!!! TOTAL OF 6 calls on December 18

December 18: - from the timeline:

3:16am: Heather tried to call SM's cell phone, no answer
3:17am: Heather called SM's cell phone and spoke with someone for 4.15 minutes; (Phone pings place HE’s phone at her house & SM’s phone at his house)
3:38-3:39am: Heather had arrived at Peachtree Landing and tried to call SM's cell phone four times, but there was no answer

I guess he didn't count the 1 payphone call and 1 cell phone call from SM to HE's cell phone!

What is KT point here? His client contacted her 39 times in November. In just 5 days in November to be exact.

Truslow asking about sim card and the handset of the phone. Trying to cast doubt that maybe HE took her SIM card out. Gives witness an extraction report and witness says he is not familiar with the document. Truslow asks if he has the content of the messages. He says he doesn't.

Today is the first day I've been able to watch along at work. Thank you all for your fabulous and informative updates so far! And wow about the "if you don't mind." I get it now (and I'm a good ol southern gal myself but geez!!!) Thank you all. Justice for Heather! <3

Is anyone else getting audio from advertisements? TIA

JMO, MOO, etc

I can't believe the state didn't have this witness add up (before coming to court) each:

- phone call
- text message
- number of each from SM to HE
- number of each from HE to SM
- subtotaled each by month
- grand total of each

D'oh. If I'm on the jury, this is boring me to tears and wasting my time.

AND.. IMO... this witness is terrible. He's a T-Mobile older dude. Not a proactive bone in his body.

I don't understand why they don't have the texts. I bought a program that you connect the phone or the Apple ID and password and I was able to get lots of stuff off a phone where everything was deleted.

I'll assume the state has done all they could to locate anything deleted off of Sidney's phone right? Whatever was backed up to the cloud etc.

This is what I have:

https://drfone.wondershare.com/iphone-data-recovery.html

I got everything deleted off an iPhone that was not on the cloud.

Also got stuff related to another Apple ID which stuff was stored in the cloud.

I'm sure the police have much better software.
