2:42:14 am -2:26 am phone is located at Long Beard's Restaurant (N, NE corner of parking lot by the dumpster) 14 minutes at location- made 4 outgoing calls.
2:43 am Outgoing to (payphone) 7.2 seconds

2:45 am (outgoing to payphone) .2 seconds
2:51 am (outgoing to payphone) 4.8 seconds

Then the phone left restaurant to Heather's Apartment.
2:57-3:01:57 am No call activity during this time, phone only in motion.

3:01-3:15 am phone was located at her apartment (??? need to verify where she went during this time)
3:04 am Outgoing Call (to payphone) 1.8seconds
3:05 am Outgoing Call (to payphone)

3:16 am Phone in motion to apt
2 Outgoing calls
3:16 am (to SM cell) 7.8 seconds
3:17am (to SM cell) 249 seconds- 4 mins 9 seconds

Phone was in parking lot 3:20 am -3:24am Phone was NOT in motion, located at apartment parking lot while on phone with SM cell.

3:25-3:35 am Phone moved from Apt complex to PTL (no calls while in motion)
3:37 am Phone located at PTL

4 outgoing calls to SM while phone at PTL
3:38:14 am (1.8 seconds)
3:39:00 am (1.8 seconds)
3:39:46 am (1.8 seconds)
3:41:05 am (1.8 seconds)

3:42:27 am No further incoming or outgoing calls. No further location coordinates obtained. Phone may have been obstructed?

The state did ask at the end if you could do this with an iPhone and he said only if it has a google app- maybe state knew he didn't have any google products on his phone?

Apple/iOS used to block Google Maps (not sure if they still do this or not).

Eden's investigation showed that Elvis' phone was at Longbeard's Restaurant between 2:42 and 2:56 a.m., on Dec. 18. That restaurant is in the Carolina Forest area. Four additional calls were placed to the pay phone during this time, according to the presentation the jury is being shown. The phone's location was based on GPS records.

From Longbeard's Restaurant to Augusta Plantation Drive and back to the restaurant was the location of Elvis' phone between 2:57 and 3:01 a.m., on Dec. 18. The location was based on GPS and cell tower records, Eden testified. No phone calls were made.

Fifteen GPS records indicated Elvis' phone was back in the area of Longbeard's between 3:02 and 3:15 a.m. Two more calls were placed to the pay phone, according to the presentation and the witness' testimony.

From 3:16 to 3:19 a.m., records indicated Elvis' phone went from Longbeard's back to her residence. Two calls were placed to the defendant's phone.

From 3:20 to 3:24 a.m., on Dec. 18, Elvis' phone remained at her residence, according to the witness.

Edens testified that Elvis' phone moved from her residence on White River Drive to the Peachtree Boat Landing between 3:25 and 3:35 a.m.

At 3:37 a.m., Elvis' phone was at Peachtree Boat Landing, according to the witness. Four outgoing calls were placed from that phone to Moorer's, records shown to the jury indicated.

I am in shock...did someone "capture" her at lpngbeards and go back to her apt and leave door unlocked ( that was a question I had yesterday is why when law enforcement went there her apartment was unlocked)

Now I wonder if she went to the dumpster at LB restaurant and that is where she was killed/hurt/taken and then like we thought, SM/TM drove her car to PTL after that. OMG this is heartbreaking. IMO


ETA: 14 minutes is longer than 5 to commit a crime, IMO

I think a landfill search is in order. Will be very hard but maybe LE will get lucky.

Wednesday, December 18, 2013:
1:12 am SM seen on surveillance parking his truck in a handicap space at the Seaboard Street WalMart
1:19 am surveillance footage of SM buying pregnancy test and a cigar at the Walmart. Paid with cash.
~1:15 -1:30 am – SS dropped HE off at her apartment were he stayed for 5 minutes, said HE didn't answer any calls during their date, she was in a good mood but tired, not crying or upset.
1:35 am – HE receives a call from SM; call was placed from a payphone & lasts 4.83 minutes (payphone at Kangaroo gas station on Seaboard Street and Mr. Joe White Avenue)
1:44 am – From her apartment, Heather called her roommate BW, who was in Florida, and spoke for 2.2 minutes; was crying and upset after the call from SM because she was trying to get her life back together after her affair with him and harassment by TM.
1:53 – 2:09 am – 10 posts are made to HE’s Tumblr account
2:29am: Heather tried to call SM back at the pay phone number 9 times, but no one answered. She never had another conversation with anyone.
~2:42 - 2:56 am - HE's phone was pinged at Longbeard's Restaurant, in the Carolina Forest area (according to GPS records). Four additional calls were placed to the pay phone during this time (not sure if that includes the 9 above)
~2:57 - 3:01 am - HE's phone pinged from Longbeard's Restaurant to Augusta Plantation Drive and back (according to GSP records)
~3:02 - 3:15 am - Fifteen GPS records indicated HE's phone was back in the area of Longbeard's. Two more calls were placed to the pay phone.
~3:16 - 3:19 am - HE's phone went from Longbeard's back to her residence. Two calls were placed to the SM's phone.
3:16am: Heather tried to call SM's cell phone, no answer
3:17am: Heather called SM's cell phone and spoke with someone for 4.15 minutes; (Phone pings place HE’s phone at her house & SM’s phone at his house)
~3:20 - 3:24 am - HE's phone remained at her residence.
~3:25 - 3:35 am - HE's phone moved from her residence on White River Drive to the Peachtree Boat Landing.
3:36am: A security camera at a private residence 1.7 miles from the M home recorded a distinctive late-model Ford F150 coming from that direction and heading toward Peachtree Landing
3:37 am - HE's phone was at Peachtree Boat Landing. Four outgoing calls were placed from that phone to SM, but there was no answer
3:39am: A security camera at a business D&S Siteworks 1.2 miles from Peachtree Landing recorded the Ford F150 heading toward the landing
3:41am: All data and GPS signals ended on Heather's phone
3:45am: The security camera at D&S Siteworks recorded the Ford F150 returning from the direction of Peachtree Landing
3:46am: The security camera at the same private residence recorded the Ford F150 returning from the direction of Peachtree Landing toward the M home

Exactly she spoke to Bri she spoke to him. And there was time in between. We can reasonably assume that during that time she had her phone.

On cross examination by the defense, Edens said he was never asked by the state to examine the same type of records for Sidney Moorer's cellphone. Edens also said he was never asked to do the same type of report for Stephen Schiraldi's phone.

Still weird that there was no DNA found though, unless she was placed in that silver tool box on the black truck. Waiting to see if that tool box was missing when police did the search at the M house.

And if you watch southern charm the Dennis Calhoun family is well known. They seem to be about appearances, who you know, etc. hard to explain just a feeling I get and can't type into words LOL. I wouldn't doubt that if he knew Sidney's dad he has some bias. From all accounts Sidney's family seems normal.

I'm pretty sure it was implied that she either stopped at that location or continued but there was no way to see where her phone was? I'm pretty bad at technology though so may have misunderstood.

Yea I think that was it. Judge being some sort of friend with SM father. Cant get more potential conflict of interest than that. Uggggg

He should have recused himself immediately early on.
