Defense talking with the witness about a report he did on a previous case where a young boy died in a bicycle accident. Fredericks said in that case, the boy was not struck by a police vehicle, as had been alluded to. Instead, the boy fell and hit his head on the concrete, which led to his death, according to the witness. He added others reached the same conclusion.

Now Truslow is trying to disparage the police, since he can't rattle Fredericks. He is questioning the time offset. KT trying to imply that the police could have given him the wrong times. Now he is back to trying to disparaging Fredericks again, citing 2 cases he worked on. Fredericks refuted the implications Truslow is trying to put forth very handily.
