Livesay mentioned the remote locked doors/unlocked doors at Walmart & no heat; truck not left running. No evidence anyone was in the truck.

The judge is talking now. He said it's inconsistent for a young lady who was excited about her life to suddenly just vanish from the face of the earth.

In the judge's remarks, he said something happened in this time frame and there is no question the truck was somewhere in the area.

This was his reason for not giving the directed verdict. The jury was not present.

Oh ok. I was thinking Jesus Christ :). What was the JC moment, just her talking so long? Do you think the defense will keep it short?

385-3175. 385-3175. 385-3175. Livesay just repeated SM's number several times, because Heather kept dialing it over and over. If he hasn't changed his number yet, he'll have to now, for sure.

I do but not too short, enough to make up for not presenting a defense, but short enough not to muddy the waters.

Do all the jurors agree or is it the majority

Is it possible HE got a little lost going to PTL since she'd never been there and pulled into LB to try to figure it out by looking on her phone, etc.,

In the state's closing, it is argued that Elvis was excited to see Moorer, but, "she doesn't know that danger is amongst her."

All have to agree. But what if it's not unanimous either way? Does it have to be unanimous for not guilty as well?

No. Heather grew up near PTL. Anybody who grew up in Socastee, Forestbrook, Surfside, Garden City, etc. knows PTL. And Longbeard's is in the opposite direction from her place.

I don't know for sure, but that's how people from Conway, Aynor, and Loris talk. At least most of the ones I know, anyway.

That's definitely an "UCLA" (Upper Conway / Lower Aynor) accent.

They can use the word excited, but state attorney is making her out to sound more desperate.

OK thanks. I don't have a handle on the map.

Livesay tells the jurors the last time Elvis' phone registered any signal was at 3:42 a.m., on Dec. 18, 2013. It was just over 20 minutes later, at 4:05 a.m., that a police officer on patrol saw her car at Peachtree Boat Landing.

Yes, it has to be unanimous for either verdict or it will be hung but in my Jury Duty (here in NC March 2016) we were told by the judge we had to reach a verdict either way. Being "hung" was not an option given to us. IMO
