been ARGUING for over an hour, yeah he is not the only one annoyed. I hope that SM is found guilty but I thought she was all over the place, can not have it both ways.

She is moving on, she is over SM but 1 phone call from him and she goes on a barrage of calls BURNIN it up according to her 16 calls in 1/12 hour

Closing arguments in all non-capital cases shall proceed in the following order:

(a) the prosecution shall open the argument in full;

(b) the defense shall be permitted to reply; and

(c) the prosecution shall then be permitted to reply in rebuttal.

I think so too. It was so important to get that in. WTF is wrong with this judge. That was BS!!!!!

Prosecution has no way to let jury see it now. Probably her main points of the closing in that presentation.

And what did SM do right after that as he gets up and smiles and points and says something to someone over near the judge area?
WTH was that all about?

Who does he know up there near the bench?

Why does SM have a police officer follow him around the courtroom/courthouse?? Is this normal, SM is not incarcerated. Do that do that to all criminal defendants at trial?
