They DID have video cameras, it's in evidence.
Buying a pregnancy test and calling HE from a cell phone is not working.
He presented zero evidence to prove it all... because it doesn't exist.

He is also trying to have it both ways. He says they rushed to judgement and now he says they should have taken a pic of the cameras when they were not suspects.

But seriously the family trip was in Nov I don't find that of important regarding Jacob's testimony regarding the cameras. okay though. He said they had the white truck and cameras at the same time so it was prior to Nov 8th. Geez KT stop with the circles.

I know he's trying to discredit the lieutenant, but I believe the Lt. They were there without a warrant. If TM had seen him noticing the cameras, she would've gotten rid of everything before they could come back with a warrant and confiscate everything. JMO.

Not sure if it is that, or if he is implying it was sloppy and lazy to not get pictures of the cameras? I have no idea. But, I really, really, really wish he had gotten pictures of those cameras.

KT mentions that State said SM was "creeping around in the middle of the night" but that is when he works, that is his normal time. I will agree with him about that and mention I barely stay awake past 11:00 pm, I have never heard of people TM/SM age being up and out of the house so much in the middle of the night. IMO

KT says solicitor talked "a very long time" about SM creeping around at night, says SM was 38 at the time and that none of it is evidence (about HE being young and naïve and that SM took advantage of her) Says it's Solicitors opinion, that the only evidence is the evidence admitted into evidence. Whew that is a mouth full.

Says SM got surveillance on Dec 21 b/c ppl were coming up to his window says people from THE HEATHER ELVIS PAGE (omg wtf really) were coming on the property and making threats.

Well most of KT's closing is 'evidence' not admitted into 'evidence'. LOL He is contradicting himself. It is amateurish.

NL needs to tell the jury that the LT didn't make a deal about the camera's because he didn't want them to disappear, LIKE they did. I'm sure TM saw him notice them. And they went poof, just like Heather.
