At least to throw off the mood and eerie silence. Would love to see the jury. They are probably captivated when she speaks

Nancy is using a nice, soft tone and asking simple questions, letting Bri do all the talking.

The witness recounts for the jury again the last phone conversation she had with Elvis. Warrelmann testified that Elvis called her crying, and the witness asked her what was wrong. Elvis said Sidney Moorer called saying he left his wife and he missed her and wanted to be with her, according to the testimony.

"I got angry and I said, 'Don't do it. You're finally moving on with your life. You're happy again.'" -- Warrelmann's testimony, when discussing her reaction to Elvis' phone call.

KT now up for the cross examination. Verifies this is SM trial not TM trial. BW says "I'm well aware" KT asking again about fear of TM and that SM/HE cared for each other.

Did anyone just hear TM's head explode as she told of SM's plan to bring Heather to Fla as a nanny if he were to get some job he was interviewing for? Yep...sounds like no relationship there. lol

KT asks about HE sleeping her car. BW says the previous Summer. Confirms she officially moved in with her at the end of Nov 2013. KT asks if she had been living with Jeremy prior to moving in with her. Says that Jeremy was abusive previously years before but not when she lived with him, they weren't dating. Emotionally and verbally abusive during the time they dated. BW believes when JF and HE dated that he was physically abusive as well.

Warrelmann said an ex-boyfriend of Elvis' was, "emotionally and verbally abusive," while they were dating, as well as physically. The witness said Elvis moved in for a period with this former boyfriend.
