Does anyone know the last date that Misty talked to LE?
Does Misty have a job?
She is old enough to get married she is old enough to help support her new family too.

It would be great if the two girls who were arrested knew something, anything about Haleigh's disappearance and wanting to get some slack on their charges, decided to talk to LE. I am not real picky at this point about where the info comes from. Since they run in some of the same circles as the players in this case, who knows ?

Who knows what these two girls know! AB has a Warrant so maybe if she is picked up with Cobra gone the LE can talk to her!

I personally do not think MC has any more information than she has given. As far as working, MC has never been employed, it is doubtful she has any skills, there isn't much in her area as far as work is concerned and I will bet that no one would hire her anyway because of the publicity it would generate and who knows what in the place of business.

I just can't be too hard on her for not having a job. RC either. It's sad that PDM decided to let him go. They could have bent the rules just a bit for him. Yeah, I know allegedly he didn't call in and do the proper paper work to get as much time off as he took. But so what? Are they afraid of setting a precedent that every employee with a missing child will ask for special consideration? Hardly.

As for the investigation, there is a media link in the sticky and there is a task force of sorts that meets every month. They are still working on the case. Some of the evidence collected has not been analyzed by the lab yet, there are over 4,000 tips/leads and they are still interviewing and re-interviewing people.

I believe TN would cover if she knew Haleigh was never coming back, believed that whatever happened was an accident, and that the only way to preserve her family is to stuff down the loss and if possible, deflect the blame elsewhere.

I know this is little OT, but when Jon Benet R. went missing...I thought Oh jeez, how could this mom, dad, brother hear nothing that night. I used to wake at the slightest sound. But I have since changed my mind. I live in a one level home and sleep in the back bedroom, also take a zanax now(didn't use too, but I'm older now and harder to go to sleep.) Anyway after I go to sleep I hear nothing (and most of the time I leave my b-room cracked open a little) going on from the front of my home, my 15 yr. old daughter stays up later usually with her girl friends (no boys)over and they are watching TV and goofing off, making snacks...to make a long story short, the only signs I see is the mess and dirty dishes are in the morning from the night before...lol. Of course I don't sleep in the same room, but is it possible Missy takes a prescription med to help her sleep? I haven't been following this case much, b/c there's not been much on national news and here where I live they don't cover it at all anymore and haven't heard anything except for maybe illegal drugs being taken from the message boards. A drug test at the beginning might would've help put that into perspective, but didn't happen.
I just keep hoping they will find Haleigh soon, alive and well, but things surely do not look good.
There's just too many sad endings for these missing young children, and I wish I had the answers to change them, as I know all you great WS'ers feel the same.
I think Misty could have been in a deep asleep~2 kids can reall tire you out~being script meds or something else and gave someone the opportunity to abduct Haleigh w/o her(Misty) hearing. JMO
Could be someone watching and knew the schedule and was waiting for the right time..know this has been discussed ad nauseum, but I just wanted to put it out there again. IMO-Misty wouldn't hurt those children, she doesn't seem to have it in her, least I hope not. And I think she did love Ron and cared alot for those 2 kids (seems the bio-mom did/does too)...again JMHO

I don't know if any one has discussed this, but on the screendoor/cinderblock thread, I asked if we knew what she had on when Ron came home? Was she in PJ'S or was she dressed? If she was dressed, she had time as all this was unfolding to search the trailer, and check out side for Haleigh and get dressed and meet Ron by 3:25 when he arrived as she was calling him on his cell.

I always wondered this myself Bern, back in the beginning I wondered if perhaps LE took what she was wearing that night.....just in case.....fibers and such. The thing is we are not privy to anything at all LE did and unless we get news, we may not know.

DCF mission is that...however, most Family Court Judges would frown on a custodial parent allowing his minor bride to do so. In addition to a number of other inappropriate issues.

I was asking if anyone had heard. I thought it was stated that DCF workers went to interview witnesses. I was not sure, so I asked.

There would be different investigations opened as they are separate incidents with different accused. Many married and cohabiting couples have a founded finding on one and not the other. The remaining parent is required to have no caontact or lose the child.

The visitation schedule has been filed. Custody can be amended at any time.

I heard this too.I would also like to know if there was an investigation open too.I am more worried if MC hit the children than I was if RC was.I think were just asking if there is an investigation going on about this and if any one knows anything.That's ok.

I hope that depends on where you smack your child.I hope if some one smacks thier child in the head that would be considered abuse and endangering them.

Below is an article stating Misty and her "inconsistencies" from Major Bowling. He is said she is not off the list as a Suspect. She does not want to explain herself or her behavior to the press when asked and told them to stop calling her. She was not cooperative and they say she needs to account for time even for the days before Haleigh went missing.

He also said he is satisfies with Ron's accounting of the EIGHT hours in question. I may have to interpret this from 7:00pm to 3:00am........hmmmmmm.
