Thank you so much for posting that Bluesky and reminding us of this. I am so thankful there are those among us that work so hard to stay on top of these things!!

Good morning elle,
I would think Misty would have arrived back in Satsuma over the weekend to prepare for her court hearing today. Is Hank out of jail and does he need to appear in court as well? I guess we'll see. The hearing is scheduled for 2:30 pm. this afternoon.

Tommy's been outta jail for awhile. Wonder if he'll get his right to bear arms back.

He should if it's dropped, unless there's anything in his bonds saying he can't have a gun. We don't know yet if she's back in town or called the courthouse to dropped the hearing. She should stay right where she is and leave the RO in place....but that's just me.

WHY should she stay right where she is and leave the RO in place?
Personallly, I believe she needs to return to PC, remove the RO against her brother since Tommy has never ever proven to be a real danger to her and file one against Ron C and all the Cummings, who have attempted to set her up and make her the "FALL GIRL" ... Then she should march straight into PCSO and give them the information they need to arrest and bring to justice the person who is responsible for Haleigh's disappearance...JMO

Seems to me that as rapidly as she wanted this RO removed after her divorce, that it wasn't necessarily her idea to get it in the first place.

I don't recall hearing from Misty that she wanted to get the TRO removed rapidly. If she goes back to Satsuma and hitches herself to the Croslin family wagon she is crazzy. Just my opinion of course.

I guess she got those knots on her face by punching herself when Tommy trespassed on Mrs. Sykes property. Fall girl? Not hardly, I still haven't heard one bad word from them about Misty and last I heard Ron was still standing behind her.

I believe she doesnt know where Haleigh is and she was out cold asleep that night. In 9 months not one person, not one, has come forward to say Misty was out anywhere that night. For that kind of reward money someone would have spoken up before now.

Someone came in and took Haleigh. They need to return he,r like yesterday, and then they can rot in hell or jail, whatever.

Down at the bottom, Elle.......the order was heard dissolving the RO, and a copy of the dissolution was faxed to PCSO.

I didn't see any knots on her face when I saw her the next day in that video when she and GGMS went to the jail to bond Ron C out...

Tommy C has come forward and said she was not there that night...Matter of fact it was at the very time she claims to have still been up cleaning and washing blankets...Oh I forgot...Ron C said she couldn't have been washing clothes because there wasn't any detergent in the house... Plain to see how he is standing by her...JMO
