You are correct in your assessment of Misty. She is quite articulate for such a limited education. I would suggest that he IQ would range around 110/115 area. That is my personal observation. I do believe she holds the key. This whole thing has had me in circles since that morning call to my home and subsequent searches and questions. After defending Misty for so long I have come to the realization that she knows much more than she has told.

Hi player....if you don't mind sharing, is there anything(s) or event(s) in particular that changed your mind? What about Ron? Are you still holding firm that he is innocent or has all this caused you to question what you knew (or thought you knew) about him as well? TIA. ...I hope all is well player...or at least as well as it can be under the circumstances.

He is way off my hinkey meter! Why would he wait months to tell LE that he went there and Misty wasn't home? That whole story doesn't make any sense to me because by now Jr would've said that Misty wasn't home or that they went somewhere.

Since Haleigh has been missing he has gotten heavy into drugs, lost weight and then there was that night at Ron's home.

IMO Mr Tommy is in this up to his neck.

LE should have questioned Tommy about it in Feb. They had Ron's phone records so it would show that call to Tommy. Why was no one asked about it then?

After Tommy's statement came out that he went over there, I thought he was the person who tipped off LE that Misty wasn't home that night. I thought maybe that was what Ratgate was about. LE knew about the 20 calls from Ron to Misty, the call to Tommy and Misty called her brother before 911. We get this stuff in bits and pieces. LE had a reason not to disclose that call, because they wanted someone to fess up about the call to Tommy or they wanted Tommy to fess up he was over there and knew Misty wasn't home.

The investigation stops with Misty, because she lied. If LE KNEW she wasn't home by her admission; the investigation could go in another direction. That one admission could change everything. They could look at people who knew the kids were alone, who she told, who Ron called that night, but without her admission, the buck stops at her.

What is very strange about this case is the very first report from the LE concerning Haleigh and the circumstances.

From this report, RC came home and Misty was sleeping.

A missing and endangered child alert has been issued for Haleigh Cummings, last seen in the Hermit's Cove area of Satsuma when she was in bed. About 3 a.m. the girl's father came home and saw her missing, said Lt. Johnny Greenwood of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. A woman believed to be the father's wife or girlfriend was also asleep in the residence.

Greenwood said the father noticed Haleigh missing and woke the woman. He said there is no immediate evidence of foul play but that the home off Seven Sisters Road is very near the St. Johns River and that there are canals reaching into the neighborhood.

How do we know LE had her phone records? or RC's phone records?

Because they did and if they didn't they are to stupid to be cops. If you remember they, the FBI, physically took their phones some time that first week.

In regards to the portion of your post that I bolded, I can sympathize with the circle thing. I can't exactly pinpoint what it is that Misty is hiding presently but I lie awake at night thinking what it might be. If I am being honest I have always been suspicious of Misty, I just can't figure out what it is she might know. I don't believe that she has knowledge of where Haleigh is, but ever since Hank jr admitted to going to 202 Gr Lane around 10 pm, it has opened up a whole new line of thinking. Considering his recent arrests, I have been asking myself if He and cousin Joe might have orchestrated the events of that evening, I don't know.

The biggest road block for me is the Croslin's. It seems as though they are all back under one roof and something about that just feels wrong. My thought is this though, the Croslin's aren't exactly the brightest of folks in my opinion. I mean no offense with that statement either. But is it realistic to believe that Misty and her mother and her brothers and their wives have all been interviewed and not cracked? I am wondering how these people can fool Law Enforcement and the other agencies that have given their time to Haleigh's investigation. Something isn't adding up. I keep coming back to cousin Joe, seems as though Chelsea and Lyndsy are suspicious of where he was on February 9/10. Hank jr is hiding something, but if Law Enforcement have interviewed him as many times as they have an still don't have an answer, hmm. I just hope and pray they are getting closer, I have drifted off topic and apologize.

Maybe she told him it was an accident...maybe he believes that, maybe it's true but whatever happened RC most likely has knowledge.

I am sure the LE took phones but did they get them all? TN knew or could have known exactly who and when calls were made since they were registered in her name. I think they have to get a subpoena from her to get access to records.

They were still questioning those calls in August as they had to call RC back in and with his Criminal Defense Attorney decided to talk to them ONLY about the phone calls.

Your theory is possible. I accept that. The reasons I have reservations about that theory is because I just can't believe that Misty has been questioned by the PCSO, the FBI and FDLE and none of them have gotten her to break. It's just hard to believe that.

And not to be forgotten is Hank jr's new story, I mean if he wasn't guilty of something why would he hold that information until just recently? The scratched van, the dumpster search...I mean this is all too coincidental for me.

Okay, I never thought f that, can you elaborate? Do you know how they might handle a minor?

In the case of Elizabeth Olten, the investigators seemed to get the information they needed from a minor, even to arrest her and treat her as an adult at 15. Was that Florida? I can't remember now

So how would Ronald play into that theory given that LE has said they are satisfied he was at work?

I am beginning to wonder if the person or persons that took Haleigh from the trailer never even came in the back door. We never heard a word about the front door and it makes a lot of sense to me that whoever was there came in the front door and escaped out the back. Hank jr said he pounded on the door and no-one was home. If no-one was home why didn't he keep looking if he was so concerned? Knock Knock, no answer, oh well?

LE saying they are satisfied and have not publicly cleared him shows there is a problem.

IMO, they should clear RC ASAP. This would pressure on Misty. LE has not made a move to clear him. They have not told us what hours he worked either. They said they were "satisfied' with eight hours of his timeline...IIRC. Do you or anyone know what RC's regular working hours were? We have been told by people that know people that work there and it has been said that Shoemaker is way off on the clock hours. Regardless, if the LE are truly satisfied with eight hours of timeline/worktime and RC told his pastor he worked eight hours than there are still four unaccounted hours for RC.

The back door may have been used to carry more than Haleigh out of it, thus the reason for the propping.

I understand about the pressuring Misty thing and I can understand why they haven't cleared her. Law Enforcement hasn't cleared Crystal either. I don't think they would clear one parent and not the other for some reason....I don't know. I mean why wouldn't they have cleared Crystal? There must be a reason. I remember back to the search at Marie's in Baker County, I have a suspicion that Marie asked them to come out and search because she was working to try and get LE to clear Crystal.
