According to court documents, 33-year-old Robert Buskey is accused of not providing water and or food to the little girl between April 10th and April 14th.
Schenectady dad charged with manslaughter in child's starvation death
Buskey lived in the downstairs apartment, and he used to fight all the time with a woman there, a neighbor said.
What appears to be Buskey’s Facebook page shows that he has a younger son. Police confirmed that.
“He had another child, a 3-year-old child, who is safe with other family members at this time,” Carroll said.
