MN - Daniel Isaac Agular (21), stabbed, Apple Valley, 6 July 2025

Officers were dispatched about 3:10 a.m. Sunday, July 6, 2025 to the intersection of Pennock Avenue and 138th Street W. after receiving a report of someone down on the sidewalk. The victim was Daniel Isaac Agular, age 21. He died after being stabbed. Police said they are looking for Aron Isait Medina Rojas, 20, who goes by Medina Rojas and may be attempting to flee to Mexico. He has a 2017 gray Chrysler 300 registered to him with a Minnesota license plate SKU 892. Most likely, home cameras captured license.

Here are the strange things. His brother, Angel Agular, said his brother was just out for a walk.
IT WAS 3:00am. Not many people go for walks alone at that hour. Does anyone?
Are we to believe the killer stopped his car, got out, stabbed the victim for no reason?
Are we to believe the victim did not know the killer?

Brother also stated Daniel Agular lived in Lakeville. (It would be quite a walk to Apple Valley.)
Fundraiser is in Burnsville. So where did he live?

The area, Pennock & 138th St is a very nice area. Homes along there are definitely not cheap. An odd place for a murder.

Still At-Large. 11 days since murder. Guesses are he's left Minnesota. Does he have money to keep traveling? $1000 reward for tip that leads to his arrest.

Still At-Large 20 days since murder. Thoughts were he was headed for Mexico, but I don't see how he would have entered Mexico since border guards should have been on an alert. IMO someone is hiding him.

Lesley Segura Espinoza has been charged. Lesley Segura Espinoza, 18, of Farmington, is now facing a felony charge of Aiding an Offender (Accomplice After the Fact) after investigators say she took part in obstructing the investigation into Aguilar’s murder. Arrested. Espinoza is accused of helping the primary suspect, Aron Isait Medina Rojas, after he fatally stabbed Aguilar. Espinoza contacted her cousin, who owns a car wrapping business, at approximately 3:10 a.m., after Aguilar's death, saying, "I just need a wrap" in reference to Rojas’ vehicle. She also asked him to retrieve her passport and cash. This could get her 20 years.

Apple Valley police release more photos of suspect in deadly stabbing

Charge Description: On or about July 6, 2025, in the County of Dakota, Minnesota, LESLEY SEGURA ESPINOZA, did intentionally aid another person whom the actor knows or has reason to know hascommitted a criminal act, second degree intentional murder, by destroying or concealing evidence of thatcrime, providing false or misleading information about that crime, receiving the proceeds of that crime, or otherwise obstructing the investigation or prosecution of that crime.

Bail set at $750,000 without conditions and $400,000 with conditions. She cannot leave the state and must turn in her passport.

I do not know if she is still jailed, but this is a significant amount of money for a bond.

Just found out she is out on $400,000 bond and is attending the University of Minnesota. Since she has not been convicted (yet), it appears legal for her to attend.

The murder happened on a route I take to my home, and every time I go by the area of the stabbing, I pause.

What is needed is for information to go around at the U that there is a felon attending. It may be enough to get her to quit the U or to take online classes. Why she thinks she can just get on with her life after being charged in a murder case is beyond my comprehension. Maybe she's wanting to get a start on her prison life?

As to Aron Isait Medina Rojas it's very obvious someone is helping him. No car found. Did he even cross the border? Bets are she knows where he is. Why would someone help a murderer? I REALLY hope whoever is harboring him is charged big time. And, I don't think they are in Mexico.
