Did he know he was supposed to appear at a zoom hearing?
Did he know there was a warrant for him?

So it's his fault he was shot dead?Wow!!
The investigation is not over yet.
We do not know if she was following procedures by shooting any weapon into his vehicle.

Opposite sides. It's hard to have confidence in police when they confuse one from the other. Wouldn't a taser weigh less, too?
I read up thread they're 1/2 the weight of their guns. Maybe they should be painted bright orange so officers who get confused can more easily differentiate.

It's pretty clear she shouldn't have shot him with an actual gun.Jesus.

usually when you have a warrant you're notified by mail at least or they come to your door

I don't understand this article. He was pulled over for expired plates. Then they saw the air freshener, which really had no bearing on the stop. After stopped, the discovered he had a warrant. Were the supposed to just let him go?
There is a vast difference between letting him go and shooting him dead, IMO.

Was he also tasered? I don't want to watch the video a third time and couldn't tell. TIA

No according to her story she got the real gun by mistake.

Was he notified and what address did the notification go to?

Then why wasn't it on his record?
Obviously it was. When the officer pulled him for the traffic violation, it showed an outstanding warrant for him.

Lets back up. The find a warrant for him. do you agree the officers should then arrest him? Once that arrest is taking place, and he breaks away, should the officers just let him go? Obviously they shouldn't have shot and killed him, but it doesn't appear that was what was intended.

That only the police could see? Why wasn't it on his public record? We couldn't find it.

It doesn't appear to you that was intended, but you cannot get away from the fact that she did shoot him dead. I don't believe her 'story' for a minute. How does a very experienced officer mistake a laser for a heavy pistol? MOO.

And that is why she will be charged with a crime. From the video is seems perfectly clear she intended to tase him. She yells "taser, taser, taser," before firing, standard procedure. the instant she fires she reacts with "oh my god" and drops the gun. Do you honestly think she did all that just to shoot this guy?
