On a more serious note, per our 1st Amendment, reporters/media have freedom of the press* and individuals enjoy the right of free speech.**

@Gibbo214 The "say nothing" adage may be all fine and good in obituaries & many other circumstances, but if prosecutors followed it to the letter, they would be out of work. Ditto crim defense atty's, as there would be no crim prosecutions for them to defend.I dont know, but I was taught 'If you have nothing good to say, say nothing'. It is obvious why negatives are posted in these cases. It is to blame the victim for his own death.
