More charges announced in fatal Park Tavern crash

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty announced Steven Bailey is also charged with two counts of third-degree murder.

According to a press release from County Attorney Mary Moriarty's Office Monday, Steven Bailey now faces two counts of third-degree murder in addition to two counts of criminal vehicular homicide. Moriarty's office said the new charges come after prosecutors reviewed additional evidence in the deaths of Kristina Folkerts and Gabe Harvey.

Court records obtained by KARE 11 show Bailey has been convicted of at least five previous drunk driving offenses in his lifetime.
