Recovered/Located MN - Emil Mannila, 56, Duluth, 3 Sept 2017

The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing person.

Emil Eugene Mannila, 56, was last seen at approximately 11 a.m. Sunday in the area of Second Street and 15th Avenue East.


Mannila is described as a white male, 5-foot-9, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes, brown and gray hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, bluejeans, baseball cap and glasses.

It's the second missing person reported by Duluth police over the Labor Day weekend.

Police also are looking for 34-year-old Julie Marie Huntington, who was last seen on the 300 block of South Lake Avenue at about 7 p.m. She is white, 5-foot-7, 300 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair. She was last seen wearing a gray tank top, black hooded sweatshirt and black leggings.
