Interesting read. I didn't know much about this.
Scary to think this program in MN might be hiding Jacob's abductor. Ironically someone from the Jacob Wetterling Foundation is quoted in the article about sex offenders in general

To be clear, this program is the reason DAH is still "locked up" but we can't see any prison records or photos of him as an inmate because he is protected as a "patient"

I think I agree. Bringing in a new Judge cleared the West Memphis Three, so maybe a new Sheriff will toss out the folder on DR.

I have written about this several times and I will again and again.

I have a relative who worked there. She walked off the job on a Friday with no other job in sight. She said she could not do it one more minute. She could not listen anymore to these----- say how it was OK to rape a baby.

She says that not one of those people should be released into society. Not one!

The crimes they have done ! And many are oh so charming, but of course, they should be released.

My relative is one of the many people being sued by these-----.

The State Attorney General is handling the case so the tax payers of Minnesota ate paying for the Attorney General and the attorneys who are representing these criminals.

They are lucky. They have a beautiful place to live, therapy, and meals. More than many people around the world have.

They don't have access to women, babies, or children to rape and kill.

I hope those attorneys defending these ------ understand some day what they are doing.

If LE has several lies and what not against DR, with kevins revelation, that it's time now, five years after the third search that they make a move or bust. He is either lying or telling the truth and I think they know for sure.

And if he is lying, then what? Casey Anthony was ridiculous in her story and still LE had to get a ton of evidence. Didn't matter. The burden of proof is huge. Of course, I cannot believe a Minnesota jury would be as stupid as Florida, but lawyers were found to press the suit at Moose Lake, so anything is possible.

He was not placed directly in Moose Lake was he ? Don 't they serve their sentence and then they get civilly committed?

Or do they go directly to Moose Lake?

He was committed in 96. He was arrested in 89 or 90. There have to be mug shots from then

Me, personally, I am interested in anyone implicated in similar crimes in Stearns County that happened in the years leading up to Oct 1989 and, perhaps more importantly, anyone arrested for, or implicated in any similar crimes who LIVED IN STEARNS COUNTY IN 1986-1989.

No, she did not. I asked her about DAH, but she had already quit there for a couple of years when I asked. I think it is all a horrible nightmare for her. The average length of employment there is two years. Thst seems to be as long as anyone can stand it.

I will ask her about the records not being available. You may be right about the patient part.

Perhaps they are not on a registry as they are not released.
