Um, there are zero houses for a long ways.

I live and lived out in the country. We country people call the city civilization. When my kids were in school, people would not drive to our house because it was tooooooooo far out there- One and 1/2 miles from a main city street.

The google drive that is posted shows how isolated it is. Even more so back then. No street lights, no house lights.

Then our opinions differ. I just don't consider it out of civilization when you can see a highway from Rassier's driveway.....moving on

If the car was squealing because it was going so fast and it was so dark, how did they see anything going on in the car!

I find it funny when people pick out the few things that don't make sense in their minds, and completely ignore that more things stated are correct vs. wrong.

You need to know the lay of the land to understand exactly what they are talking about in some parts, which being a resident of the neighborhood, I understand.

Yeah.. this sounds really made up as he went along.. "And, then they... or, I mean then HE."

Again we disagree.... How does physics play into a kidnapping?

Were you able to locate the highway yet?

Yeah.. this sounds really made up as he went along.. "And, then they... or, I mean then HE."

When someone is nervous about something, I would expect them to get a little tongue twisted. I can pick out so many details that match reports. What you doubters gut feeling is or what you think it "may" sound like....doesn't mean anything. As soon as everyone starts looking at the facts and lining those details up, you'll start to see the bigger picture. Any "good" investigator will tell you that changing stories are an indication of deception...a twisted tongue is nerves

I am talking about visual ability. You know. Trajectories. And those problems., "Two trains leave the depot. Etc etc etc." Figuring out speed and distance. That kind of thing.

I am standing on top of the woodpile using google. But since it is summer, the vegetation causes a problem to see much. Perhaps I will see it in the winter when the leaves fall. That dang hill though is problematic.

Sher, do you know where tbe brush road is?

Someone made some crayon maps earlier, but I don't think the brush road was on there?

Now we have yet another car in the mix--- a burgundy car?

The brush road was right across from DR's driveway as far as I know. I think possibly MB was the only one who called it the "brush road" because he dumped his yard waste there. But whether it was there or further north on the other side of those apartments, it went back to that swamp party area that is now Klinefelter Park.

Yes this is my understanding as well. The location of the brush road begs three questions:

1. Why would the kidnapper order Trevor and Aaron in the direction of the car?

2. Why didn't the boys then see the car?

3. Why did Jacob's footprints and scent go the exact opposite direction of the car?

1. IMO, he was local and knew the boys would veer off to the South and run home.

2. I think trees grew on both sides of the brush road, so the car would not have been visible. It's already been established that it was very dark that night. (And even if the boys had seen a car on the brush road, they might have thought it was just from someone partying in the woods.)

3. I think either Jacob was set down briefly - during a struggle? and picked back up again; he got away from the abductor for one brief footstep, or that was from when he was shoved into a waiting car.

1. According to the evidence we know of, Jacob was brought to a parked car on the rassier driveway.

2. It was pitch black out.

3. Because that is what the evidence is saying.
