human, I don't have any theories yet. I don't even have a hypothesis. I'm just going where the evidence is pointing and I haven't even gotten out of the driveway yet. Yes, you are right, there are tons of things to look at for DR. It could very much be him. I'm looking at one microcosm of the case right now. For my part, I have to assemble all this stuff then start looking at probative value. I can't even make a probative claim yet. This is just odds-making right now. I'm not accusing anyone of anything, just asking questions that are coming up from the crime scene itself.

If suppositions can be made on personality disorders based on things you have posted, certainly some ideas could be formulated from actual things we know

Well we all need to work together. Everyone brings something of value here. People are getting frustrated including me! However lets remember to respect one another. If joy can make a difference so can we! This case has so many loopholes. It is a crying shame imo. K&k has always seemed fishy to me also. But without hard core evidence this is all just speculation.

I hardly think Kevin is afraid for his life. He was interviewed with DR in a tape no one can access anymore, Seen on TV by tons of people.

He sat down with DR and Joy, so that is hardly secret.

We have NO idea why he was cleared by LE. None. But cleared he was so LE could persecute DR? yup. That makes sense. Not!

human, I think all we have to realize is that LE could have made a mistake in "clearing" him. That is, after all, the simplest explanation.

I don't think it's ok to abuse one of the most honest witnesses in this case. Kevin did not come forward to announce he abducted and murdered Jacob, he came forward to help get this crime solved.

Well, if this is to imply that what I've said is based on unknown initial facts about the crime scene, which ones are unknown? I based it on what I thought we all agree on. We agree the photos are authentic? We agree that K+K did touch the driveway that night? We agree JEW was abducted? It seems like all the core facts are agreed upon.

I don't think that's quite what I said. I said that having dinner together doesn't imply one has a crush on another. One does not follow from the other.

I can clear this disagreement up as I have been within 3 feet of DR on several occasions...the photos are labeled correctly.

Why would LE release stuff to the public?

We are nosy but really and would like to help but they do have experts in so many ways that we cannot even comprehend. Data banks of tire and shoe prints. Data banks of companies who sell the stuff.

Data banks of imprint depths.

Data banks of perps and the types of trophies they keep. On and on.

I agree, but "abuse"? Why is it abuse to go where the evidence leads? Even if you don't buy it, his presence there deserves questions. One doesn't necessarily have to abuse him, does he? How do you know he came forward to help get this crime solved? We discussed that earlier also. We don't know the back story largely because we don't know who he is. So, his reasons for coming forward are not academic, imo.

Dan, what would make Kevin never said anything for soooo many years about all the incidences he allegedly saw the night Jacob was abducted? What would make his girlfriend never say anything for sooo many years about these incidences? What would make the girlfriend's family never say anything about what they knew? Do you think Kevin could be guilty of a crime?

Makes sense. For my part, what I'm doing is based only on available information. If you're saying it isn't available, it isn't evidentiary in this context. And this is true for all discussions on WS; they all have that limitation, so it doesn't say much. To make claims based on evidence you can't share on WS is a naked assertion, imo.

Joy made a difference, huh? Yes, she blindly excluded both Kevin and DR because she talked to them. That's it. She talked to them and believed them. IF WE LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE we may figure it out. Not by listening to Joy's belief in Kevin and DR with her Rose colored glasses on.

I don't believe I have. This is the third time I've answered that question and so far, there is no probative value, imo, to his desire to want his stuff back. But also, I'm being systematic. Trevor and Aaron would have smelled a stinky man. Car is irrelevant here.

But Jared would know for 100%. So, either the car and man were not stinky or he is keeping the info back.
