Does anyone think the girl in these Alcala images resembles Janet?

Janet has hazel eyes (which will sometimes appear brown). The area in NYC between 42nd and 50th at 8th Ave was called the Minnesota Strip because of all the teen runaways that came over from Minnesota/Midwest. He'd have been at NYU at this time. I've often wondered if he wasn't actually living right in that area of the Minnesota Strip in this time bracket. Are there any other images available for Janet Kramer?

Janet has been missing for about 55 years this year.

A Jan. 1 missing date seems odd, I wonder if her family members could confirm that or even the year. I also wonder if she bounced around awhile on her own and ended up in another care facility in MN. She sounds like the description of the woman who was traveling with Cheryl doe in 1976. Complete shot in the dark though.

The below is from the unidentified awareness fandom page for Cheryl (1976).

Nine days before the discovery, Moore and his brother-in-law picked up the female, who was using the name "Cheryl" or "Sherry," hitchhiking along Interstate 24 with a teenage female described as a slender and white, with sandy-blond hair, scars on her wrists, and wire-rimmed glasses with round lenses.

Both subjects were never identified. They stated they ran away from a treatment facility in or near the Twin Cities in Minnesota.
