Duluth Police Department
The Duluth Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jesse Jay Roush. Jesse is a 21 year old White Male; 5’11”, 150 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes. Jesse is considered a vulnerable adult and has not been seen since 11/13/18 at 3:30pm walking on Skyline road heading west when he was picked up by an olive green Toyota Sienna. Jesse was wearing a black hoodie, khaki pants, multi-colored Nike tennis shoes, a blue bandanna around his neck, and a winter hat. If you have any information on Jesse’s whereabouts, you are asked to call 911. Thank you!
