Missing, Joann Lynn Fennell, 66, of Woodbury Minnesota, has not been seen or heard from since April 27th, 2020.
Joann's vehicle was found abandoned with the engine still running, near the Lafayette Bridge near downtown St. Paul, MN. Her purse, wallet, driver’s license and cell phone were found in the vehicle. Video from a gas station close to where she lives in Woodbury, MN shows her purchasing gas at 1:30pm on the same date of 4/27/2020. (Still shot from video included in pictures)
Joann is a caucasian female, age 66, standing at 5'6" and weighs 120lbs.
