Is there a link that shows the actual search warrants? I can't seem to find them.

Justine Damond's ashes to be brought home to Australia
Los Angeles: Justine Damond's final resting place will be Australia.
A memorial will be held in Minneapolis next month and Ms Damond's ashes will then be taken back to Australia with the full blessing of her US fiance, Don Damond, .

If they had a warrant they didn't need anyone's permission.
According to records filed in court, the scene was searched at 6:30 a.m. on July 16 - roughly seven hours after the incident.
Among the items submitted for analysis were:
Cartridge cases found on ground near the passenger side of the squad car
A cell phone found on the ground near Damond
A bloodstain found on the rear driver side door of the squad car
A 'latent print lift(s)' described as a gel lift from dust on the rear cargo door window of the squad car
A 'latent print lift(s)' described as coming from exterior surfaces of the squad car

BBM So looks like Noor fired multiple shots.
okay so I dislike guns so much don't know much about them...the cartridge cases were found by the "passenger" door ie Noor so would you to expect to find them in the direction of the shots or what? Not getting why they were by Noor's position...do they eject after each shot he took and went on the ground when he got out?

With each shot, the spent shell casings are ejected out the right side and upward from the handgun. Inside the vehicle, they would likely have bounced off the inside of the windshield or dashboard and probably back onto Noor. When he exited the vehicle, the probably fell off his body and onto the ground.
and from an accidental discharge defense standpoint...how does the multiple cartridges which I assume means more than one shot fit in.. To me it seems you might be able to defend one as accidental but not more. Does that make sense?
I would agree that its unlikely an accidental discharge would result in multiple shots fired.

I'm not seeing the actual warrants though, am I just missing it? By the way, I think the law professor is way off base.
There is no way multiple discharges could be accidental. NONE. I don't care how sensitive the trigger is. JMO

Yeah the article was about the SW that i posted up, but i don't know if the actual SW have been released to the public yet?
Just speaking from experience I have with many different handguns IMO-especially LE who would be very experienced with his weapon you know each time you pull that trigger and it fires. So if multiple-no way accidental..That is my opinion too, it was no accident.
Minnesota Public Radio apparently obtained copies of the warrants from the Court, but they didn't post pdf's of them, just discussed them. I want to see the actual warrants and judge for myself what the ACTUALLY say and not someone else's interpretation of them.
