With out a shadow of doubt is a high level to achieve. I am not sure that the prosecution did a job I would be happy with if my daughter were Kira. The jurors can only rule on what has been presented. We all asked for more information, used old articles, I looked at calendars to set dates and maps to understand the driving. That was not presented, the jurors do not have the information that even we as simple bloggers have, I am not sure as cut and dry as we think. No doubts to find him guilty. The jury has a hard job in front of them.

I don't think there was much reasonable doubt planted in the jury's mind. Though we didn't get to see the trial so it is hard to say.

I am going with my gut, that there were no witness's for the defense.

I hope someone will transcribe the closing arguments, I'm really curious to hear (or read) everything the defense says and how they rebut the State.

I have to admit the information coming from these tweets is lacking for good information. So I don't know if there will be a good run down in the closing.

I haven't seen much talk about the jury reaction to anything during the trial. Though I don't know the rules in MN about coverage.

Dusterhoft tried to deflate Conard’s theory as he questioned Wright Monday. A baggie of marijuana was found in Steger’s purse in her car abandoned at a Mall of America ramp.

“Does it have value?” Dusterhoft asked about the marijuana.

“Minimal,” Wright said.

“How much?” Dusterhoft asked.

About $20, Wright said.

Dusterhoft asked the sergeant if in his 30 years as an officer, he’s seen a robbery victim disposed of in a river.

“I can’t remember one case where a victim of a robbery was disposed of in the river,” Wright said.

How often, Dusterhoft asked, is a pillow the weapon of choice in a robbery? Earlier testimony revealed that Steger was likely smothered by a hand or pillow, and that a bloody pillow and pillow case was found with her DNA on it.

Never, Wright said, adding that handguns and long guns are typically used in robberies.

I've heard many a juror say " I know he did it " , but the state didn't prove it. The state couldn't show a cause of death. Only theories based on maybes. This posses problems for the prosecution. How do you know who killed her if you don't know how she was killed? This is their biggest hurdle. The state couldn't show how Caylee Anthony died. That being said, I think JT will be found guilty.

How long do you think deliberations will take? They'll be sequestered so I'm betting fairly short, if the judge lets them go as long as they want tomorrow I wouldn't be surprised to see it later in the evening, like Mee's (hiccup girl).

Not really, it could show the reason he had a rage to kill Kira. imo

I don't think Kira did it knowing that Jeff was aware of what she was doing. Like practicing bowling, in her mind they already agreed to end the marriage.
