EAGAN, Minn. - A 41-year-old man was charged for sexually assaulting his girlfriend's two children in Eagan.

Carl Mulvihill was charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree.

They were taken seperately in the summer of 2009 in this creeps tractor trailer. They've been suffering with this and having to live with this ?

That is one mean looking dude. Those poor boys must have been scared out of their minds. Especially not even being at home. So there was no where for them to go, because they didn't know where they were. Please, please don't let this man get a slap on the wrist.
