I'm a volunteer for CFSI which is an organization that assists families of missing children. Parker was one of the cases I assisted on.

It means she was verified by the owner of websleuths as working in the position of "State Coordinator" for the Center for Search and Investigations (CFSI), specifically to the case of a missing person named Parker Haluptzok, which makes Damarna an "insider" regarding that case.
