I have seen the list of exclusions for this John Doe on the Unidentified Wiki and wow, it is huge! I have never seen so many exclusions.
By the way, according to the DDP website, his research was fully funded!

Matthew Waterfield, DNA Doe Project’s Acting Director of Media and Communications, told Forum News Service in an email that there could be updates on the case within months

Identity could be within reach for Minneapolis Rail Car John Doe

His body was found inside a rail car in a Minneapolis train yard on Dec. 16, 2003. Authorities have spent 20 years trying to uncover his identity.
