people defending the shooting feel the victim was "inserting" "interfering" "assaulting" and "impeding" while others (myself included) feel the victim was doing none of those things.
Those who feel Alex Pretti interfered, I welcome your description of exactly what action on the part of the victim you are construing as interfering.
Was it his presence there?
Your rights are strongest in what are known as “traditional public forums,” such as streets, sidewalks, and parks.
Was it his filming?
When you are lawfully present in any public space, you have the right to photograph anything in plain view
Was it specifically his presence in the street?
You don’t need a permit to march in the streets or on sidewalks, as long as marchers don’t obstruct car or pedestrian traffic.
Was it his possession of a firearm or ammunition?
