From what I can see, and it's quite confused, they notice he has a gun, one of the officers then removes the gun and starts moving away. At this point, they start pumping him full of lead, ie, after he has been disarmed.

Also, I can't see the victim reaching for the gun, or waving it about at any point.

He was videotaping, from what witnesses on scene have said. They are saying he was a legal observer.

If the National Guard is there to usher ICE out, that would be the only good use of their time and energy. MN citizens aren't the problem.

AP has published a bystander video from a different angle. You would have to scroll to their post at 5:52am to watch it. (It is not far down in the article at the moment.)

All of the CBP/ICE people turned around and walked away immediately after the shooting. Just left Alex laying there with multiple gunshot wounds.
