MISSING PERSON ALERT: The North St. Paul Police Department is requesting the public’s help locating a missing man. Patrick McNeely, 88, is 5’8”, 240 lbs., with white hair and green eyes.

He left his North St. Paul home around 1 a.m. Wednesday in a tan ‘12 Chevy Silverado, Minnesota plate DDD294. McNeely suffers from dementia and is easily confused.

At 10 a.m. Wednesday, McNeely used his credit card at the Kwik Trip in Arbor Vitae, Wisc. Please contact the North St. Paul Police Department at 651-747-2406 or dial 911 with any information.
