Cynthia was last seen at Riverview Trailer Court in St. Cloud, Minnesota on August 16, 1986. She disappeared with her boyfriend, Ronnie Leo Bromenschenkel, 26. Neither have been seen or heard from since that time. Investigators believe that both are dead and foul play was involved in their deaths. Prior to their disappearance, both were involved in a money laundering scheme which may have been a factor in their disappearance.

As of today, it's been 32 years since these two went missing. I know the post says Aug 16 1986, but i think it was Aug 6 1986 (Crime Stoppers also has it listed as Aug 6 1986). I knew Cindy somewhat. I also remember Cindy as not being that tall. She was more like 5'6" or 5'7", 130-140 lbs.

I can't find anything that doesn't repeat the basic information in this case... The reference to a money-laundering scam makes me suspect drugs... In the only photo of Ronnie, he looks like he's high, frankly, and his hairstyle is one you'd see on stoner girls in the 80s...

Did you mean "her hairstyle"?

In that earlier post with the clipping that said that Cynthia was "unpredictable and abrasive," it sounds like she had already made a lot of enemies, and few people cared one way or another what happened to her.

That catches my attention... being a newly-minted adult with money laundering problems... I can't completely blame him or his appearance, but... it makes me think...
