Police: 'Badly Decomposed Body' Found in St. Paul
From the article: “Police spokesperson Steve Linders said the body was found by an Xcel Energy maintenance worked near Seventh Street and Randolph Avenue.”
This is an odd location for someone to be found, even if it is in a drainage ditch. This is a heavily populated and trafficked area, especially this particular intersection, with a St. Paul fire station, a clinic, and two busy restaurants on this corner.
I hope whoever this person may be is at peace, and is identified so they may be brought back to their family.
