Jenson is also not Jensen. Very different but it appears there is some variation in spelling even in the records
I always thought Jenson was Norwegian and Jensen was either Swedish or Danish. Either way, this story is strange. It requires several coincides to somehow end up where it ended up. Unless they actually had a funeral and burial with no body!

OMG!!!! Thank you!!! (I was posting so late at night!!)
I just caught the SS and other record variations. Thank you!

Jensen in the obituary, but it's Jenson in other records.

However obituaries are not official records. For instance, it could have been written by an in-law who was not familiar with the spelling. Her obituary and cemetery record do not reflect her maiden name. (Usually they do, but it doesn't mean anything if it doesn't either),

It could have been someone with a very similar name.....
