Edina police are seeking help from the public in locating a missing 91-year-old man last seen at his home around 9 p.m. Monday.

Thomas Barrett is believed to have driven away from his residence on the 6600 block of Cornelia Drive in a 2013 black Lexus Sedan E350, and it appears he purchased gas at a SuperAmerica in Brooklyn Center around 1:20 p.m. Tuesday.

The car's license plate is 617-KHP.

Authorities say Barrett has Alzheimer's and may be disorientated.

He is said to stand 5-foot-7 and weigh 160 pounds with blue eyes and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket with blue jeans.
