I'm pretty sure that if I had shot a driver in the exact same scenario, I'd be cooling my jets in a jail cell while the person I shot was labeled a victim.

Instead, within hours of the shooting, the victim is labeled a terrorist and the agent considered innocent of criminal wrong-doing. Pointing out this disconnect doesn't mean I don't want to offer the same rights to officers. I want them to have the same rights -- and accountability -- as the rest of us.

First, he’s not a murderer! You haven’t even waited for all the facts before you have convicted him. If you watch the video where that officer is recording you can see she clearly struck him with her car. The same officer was struck and dragged by a vehicle 6 months ago that required 33 stitches. These officers are human beings too that want to go home at night just like you and I do!

People are seeing correlations between Nazi Germany and what's happening in the US now. How is that trivializing the Holocaust? Shouldn't we all be aware of history and the potential for it repeating itself? I would like to think because this happened before, if we act, we can prevent it from happening again. JMO

But Kristi Noem said the reason these officers were stopped is because one of their cars was stuck in the snow and they were helping to push it out. If Renee Goods car was not blocking them, as we have seen in numerous videos of cars easily passing (since you yourself said you have watched every video that has been released, you should have seen the cars passing her) what is their purpose of stopping to engage with Ms. Good? She’s legally protesting and NOT blocking their vehicles, per every single video available to watch. Even if she was obstructing them; why didn’t they just take her name and license plate and issue her a citation? Why did 5 agents need to approach her and pull on her door handle over a simple obstruction charge which is a misdemeanor?

She didn't block the road. The agents' car drove right past her. They could have easily continued driving instead of stopping and walking back to confront her.

They frequently engage with protesters during immigration crackdowns. Which often times leads to confrontations and clashes. The day Ms Good was shot to death is one example.

I don't care if he was struck by a Mack truck 6 months ago. if that made him react with fear to the point of murdering a young woman in cold blood, he should get counseling. While serving life in prison, imo.
