In my opinion - the VP is delivering propaganda to portray the shooting of an unarmed, frightened woman in a vehicle as a justified murder.

How many people will choose to believe this?
too many :(

Sadly millions of gullible hateful Americans, we’re already seeing posters at tents to defend and gaslight

This entire thing makes me both furiously mad and extremely sad. I’m mad ICE agents were even in Minneapolis in the first place (I don’t think they need to be “deployed” anywhere in the entire country) and I’m furious over the statements from the President and VP and Kristi Noem. They do nothing but incite and blame and lie. I’m highly upset that no investigation was done by anyone immediately after the shooting and the ICE agent was able to just get into a car and drive away after shooting and killing someone. I’m horrified that this woman’s wife had to witness all of this and that a physician wasn’t allowed to render any aid to Renee after she was shot in the face. And I mainly don’t understand how there’s still so many people who can’t see this for what it really was - a cold blooded murder by a government agency that has been purposely trying to incite violence and terrorize US citizens and anyone with brown or tan skin for the better part of a year. All MOO.

The Vice President of the United States is telling people what to believe after watching the video of the shooting. Anyone who does not agree with him is, according to him, brain-washed by propaganda and biased media.

Too many already do.
IMO.

He keeps going on about dude was "doing his job". Which, yesterday, was apparently getting an ICE vehicle unstuck from a small snow bank.
While on the way to storm through a high school a few blocks away. And yes, they still did that, even though one of their own had just murdered an innocent civilian.
Is uncontrolled anger and rage a pre-req to be an agent?
Sure seems so.
IMO.
Is uncontrolled anger and rage a pre-req to be an agent?
If the end goal is a federal police force primed to subdue citizens by any means necessary, then yes. IMO

How much Trump has influenced the right in such a short time is mind blowing. No longer any restraint, any diplomacy, any nuance. Just absurd, frankly insulting, statements, over and over.

‘Believe me or your lying eyes?’

I was also disgusted with how Jesse Watters (on Fox News) went out of his way last night to point out that the victim ‘had pronouns in her bio’ and ‘leaves behind a lesbian partner’.

It’s as though he’s saying, ‘Don’t worry. She’s on *their* side. She deserved it.’

"Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right." - George Orwell.

Oh my GOD. How does it keep getting worse and worse?

The full text of the 1984 quote Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey referenced in his press conference:

The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command. His heart sank as he thought of the enormous power arrayed against him, the ease with which any Party intellectual would overthrow him in debate, the subtle arguments which he would not be able to understand, much less an-swer. And yet he was in the right! They were wrong and he was right. The obvious, the silly, and the true had got to be defended. Truisms are true, hold on to that! The solid world exists, its laws do not change. Stones are hard, water is wet, objects unsupported fall toward the earth's center.

With the feeling that he was speaking to O'Brien, and also that he was setting forth an important axiom, he wrote:

Freedom is the freedom to say that two plus two make four. If that is granted, all else follows.

Specially the Fox news should shut up. I read that Good left three children. These days not every woman will agree to bear even one. So from Fox News standpoint: she was married twice, has three kids. She is a widow. Whom she chose to live with and help her raise the youngest son was totally her business. JMO.

I went on the main thread involving this case and suggested Trump is involved in a cover up of the facts of the case. Will I get banned? I don't give a flying -uck!
I think this is the main thread.

The VP is promoting personal truth, not factual truth.

He is asking people to have faith in his truth, and emphasizing that critical thinking is unnecessary.

To be fair, it hasn't been a short time. It's been overt for a decade now, and less overt by Trump and others for a couple decades before that.

Youre right he could have not shot but I'm not going to try and guess why he did. When you're walking in front of a car that's reversing and suddenly they are in drive and you see or hear the front tires spin you have a second to make a decision. He very easily could have taken that as she was trying to run him over. He has to make that decision instantly while we get hours and days to Monday morning quarter back his decision
To be clear, the tire spun because of the slick pavement, not because of excessive acceleration. Just so we're all on the same page here.

Charlie Kirk’s shooting was jointly handled by state authorities and FBI.

Heck, Trump’s assignation attempt in Butler PA was jointly handled by local authorities and FBI.

If this is such an open and shut case, why are the Feds freezing out state authorities?
