I think it is more likely that her vehicle was positioned that way to get video of the ICE agents who were in the neighbourhood. As an observer.

Her vehicle certainly was not big enough to block the whole street.

imo
Why else would you park sideways on a one way street?

To get clear video - have clear observation - while remaining in the used-to-be safety of your vehicle. I think I already said that.

Do you really think that’s what happened?
I'm not OP, but I think the agents emerged from their vehicle intending to be aggressive and physical with the driver, beyond what the situation called for. They created the confusion and chaos when they could've handled it calmly with words. Her window was rolled down. They had to option to talk - not yell conflicting instructions, storm the car, grab her car door.

They had authority to set the tone, and they did just that. Within seconds of them exiting their vehicle, she was shot in the head.

JD Vance calling this ‘terrorism’ was absurd.

I am concerned at how fast and loose this administration plays with the phrases ‘terrorist’ ‘domestic terrorist’.

It sure feels to me that anyone who defies or is even perceived to have defied this administration in any way can be labeled a ‘terrorist’ and summarily executed.

why was the grey vehicle next to her car and blocking her progress down the one way street parked that way?

Probably because she had pulled over or into a driveway and she was trying to reorient her car to leave when there were a bunch of armed yahoos milling about. Regardless, the video clearly shows cars driving past so she wasn't blocking the road. And even if she was that doesn't justify the shooting. It's still straight up murder.

Yes, he's a masked gun toting, reckless (walks in front of a car after he'd already been dragged before) 🤬🤬🤬🤬, who is very aware that whatever he does it will be excused by the Govt

Its a moot point whether she was or wasn't blocking the road. The law is that a Federal officer is immune from prosecution under state law for actions he or she takes in the conduct of their Federal law enforcement responsibilities. Only if a reasonable officer would find those actions to be outside of those duties could this officer be prosecuted. There is zero chance the justice department will decide this was unreasonable conduct. Case closed. You and I might think he a murder, but that is not how it is going to happen in our legal system.

Stationary across the road "like that", and we can clearly see vehicles driving past her. She wasn't blocking the road
A few minutes of video circulating doesn’t give any of us a clear understanding of the entirety. I want all the details. Including what transpired prior to what we’ve been shown and what’s been in MSM.

Surely a trained federal agent is capable of diffusing a problem with vehicles on a residential street. I mean, other than killing the driver.

It was likely a tense situation before the video starts. Federal agents should be able to handle a tense traffic/civilian situation without resorting to gunfire. In my opinion.

Lastly, this has been rattling around my mind: “The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential, command’ - George Orwell, 1984.
This is exactly what's happening and it's terrifying. I cannot believe what they're openly doing right now. And what I mean by they is the American government. We all talk about Putin and the fat guy from Korea, about how they're dictators and evil monsters but so many fail to see that there is a much worse monster sat in his newly refurbished gold plated oval office. The American government right now is playing a twisted game of (in their own words) FAFO. I'm not gonna go into the countless examples as this is a thread about a specific case and we aren't allowed to get political, so I'll only mention relevant stuff. We have a filmed and viral display of premeditated murder, yet we have the president, the vice president and other members of the government publicly stating that our eyes are lying to us and we should ignore them and drink up the kool aid they're dishing out. They have pulled strings and ensured that this crime will never see the inside of a court room. They have attempted to turn an innocent victim into a criminal and a terrorist to fit their narrative that their ice agent attack dog was "just doing his job" by shooting a human being three times in the face and killing her because hey, FAFO. I am honestly petrified of what's to come. I'm English, I live in England, but I've spent a huge amount of time in the states since being a kid, I even went to school there 3 months out of the year for like 9 years. I loved America. I was recently looking at going over again and came across all the new requirements for entry, social media was mentioned. They want to check your social media! It reminded me of another thing in 1984 - "The thought police would get him just the same. He had committed – would have committed, even if he had never set pen to paper. The essential crime that contained all others in itself. Thoughtcrime, they called it. Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for a while, even for years, but sooner or later they were bound to get you." What's coming if the American government get their way is a totalitarian superstate and it's very worrying.

Youre right he could have not shot but I'm not going to try and guess why he did. When you're walking in front of a car that's reversing and suddenly they are in drive and you see or hear the front tires spin you have a second to make a decision. He very easily could have taken that as she was trying to run him over. He has to make that decision instantly while we get hours and days to Monday morning quarter back his decision
In every angle of the crime footage you can see that he made the choice to get in front of the vehicle. You can see that he made the choice to raise his gun instead of stepping out of the way, which he could have easily done. You can see that he made the choice to fire his gun at the vehicle windscreen. Most importantly you can see that he made the choice to step closer to this vehicle that was apparently a danger to him and fire two more shots into the drivers side window point blank into the drivers face instead of lowering his weapon and stepping away from the vehicle after the first shot.
He made the choices. I posted in an earlier comment about the definition of premeditation in Minnesota, premeditation can be in seconds before an act. He had choices and a safe space to retreat to from the supposed danger, yet he chose to step into it and shoot a woman three times in the face.
The self defense speel doesn't fly either as again, he made the choice to put himself in front of the "perceived danger" along with the fact that the vehicle was turning away from him. ETA - Also the extra shots he fired after the initial shot blow self defense out of the water. He fired a shot through the windscreen then changed his position by moving to the open window and firing again at the victim twice more. I would love to see this play out in court but we all know magalicious won't let that happen.

If this wasn't an ice agent and this was a situation with a random man with a gun screaming at a woman in a car, with him standing in front of the car whilst his mate is ragging on the door trying to open it, so she tries to get away but he shoots her three times in the head... If this was a situation like that and was filmed like this crime was so we could witness it, I can guarantee that all of you trying to defend the man, wouldn't be. You would be saying what it is - a murder. Not self defense or stand your ground. It was a murder and we all here would be calling for justice.

MOO - Sorry if my spelling is messy or this reads a bit unclear, I've just taken my night meds and I'm a bit wewhew 🙃

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed> ... it’s not his job to walk in front of a vehicle, and ICE guidelines explicitly lay out that officers should not put themselves in the way of a moving vehicle.

I haven’t seen anything stating she had pulled over or into a driveway and was trying to reorient her car to leave. Do you have a source for that? I’m very interested to learn more factual information.

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed>According to the administration, at least when this started, his job was to apprehend the worst of the worst criminals in the country illegally. They were on their way to a high school, so their job is apparently pretty open ended now.

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed> Noem said it was terrorism and the agent followed his training.

Apparently, people are perfectly willing to go along with it and believe the driver caused her own murder.

Because her car wasn't in the street properly.

So he's job is to shoot US citizens for supposedly "blocking the road"? wow and you're on board with that?
NO - I never said anything even close to that.
