I think it was reflex. There's a danger approaching, and he has a gun for defence.

I think it's quite possible that he believed that she was backing up her vehicle to park it. I think he was surprised that she put the vehicle in drive and, with tires spinning on the ice, was heading straight for him as he was passing in front of her vehicle.

If the tires did not spin on the ice for a few seconds, he would have still been in front of the vehicle when she drove forward. It was split seconds to make sense of the situation and react.

A mother of three is dead because that murderer. Ms. Good is the victim. I can't imagine the terror she felt in her last minutes. She made good decisions, and she actually was in danger.

yeah. Just so dehumanizing. But telling. That is how he saw her. That is what he thought of her. MOO not just after the fact, but before he chose to kill her.

In his POV, she was an "other" and so, didn't really count
If there ever is a jury (which is no guarantee), I hope the prosecution plays that audio and ends closing statement with a reminder of it.

HE SHOT HER IN THE HEAD AND THEN CALLED HER A B****.

Noem said the agent was a professional with experience who followed his training.

Get outta here with that.

IMO Their goal is martial law and they will continue to escalate . This is their game plan IMO
And what a horrible position it puts us Americans in. Scared to stand up and be used to further manufacture consent to invoke martial law. But just hiding in our homes and hoping for the best isn’t an option (at least not for me).

Noem also implied Renee Good was a domestic terrorist who received training to use her car as a weapon.

Trust me folks, even if ICE has a detainee that they're trying to whisk away NEVER encourage protesters to surround or block one of their cars. It's taken as a vigilante attempt to outnumber and proceed with unthinkables. Sorry.

Easy to prevent that reaction - Don't have a drawn gun pointed at a car in broad daylight when there are no fugitives in the car, only two housewives and no threat.

Why was his gun drawn? Is that standard? When outside the vehicle gun drawn at all times?

And why was he stopping them?

I offer that ICE guy NO GRACE and I am known as too reasonable to my family and friends.

I just saw his background - he is very seasoned and there is absolutley no excuse for any of it happening.
He put two more bullets into her head from the side of the vehicle thru her drivers side window. That was intentional. I said it yesterday and I will say it again his emboldened ego pulling the trigger.
No way this woman was getting the better of him. He is the worst of us.

He's a loose cannon and a danger to the community on top of being a murderer. He lacks the emotional intelligence to gauge situations and deescalate them.

I am on the other side of the country and I get angrier by the day about this situation.

The victim here is Renee not the ICE guy. He did not even have the humnity or common decency to stay with the scene- he knew he needed damage control and he got out of there before anyone could question him.

He didn't have his gun drawn until the last second before shooting her. He wasn't walking around the vehicle with it drawn and pointed at her. Him drawing his weapon was a reflex action when the car started moving forward towards where he was.

He wasn't stopping them. They had stopped in the middle of the road before ICE even showed up according to other footage with CNN stating it was parked across the road for about 3 mins.

None of these means I support the shooting, just pointing out whats on all the different videos out there

This is news in Europe too. I work in Scandinavian law enforcement and I have secondary embarrassment, this is so unprofessional and incompetent. You never, EVER, stand in front of a vehicle and you never shoot someone like that. Our police officers are far better trained than this. The lying and attempted cover-up from the Trump administration is also embarrassing, ’a tragedy of her own making?’ Wtf does JD Vance even mean?

I have worked with Federal agencies in the US (FBI, DEA et al) and they are (or at least were) good at what they do and very professional. But this? Unprofessional. Incompetent. Embarrassing. Borderline criminal. America deserves far better.
Yes. We do have professional, skilled LE in the US in various municipalities. They must be so embarrassed about this, too.

His cell phone video shows that they were not parked in the middle of the road. The bumper of her car was up against the pile of snow that was in the street, along the curb. The snow piles which are made after a snowplow came through limit the amount of road available but the back of her car was up against them. As we have all seen and discussed, there was plenty of room for a car to pass her in the street. She did in fact have to cut her wheel to the right in order to get her car around his, as his silver truck/SUV was in fact blocking her from pulling straight out.

He seemed rattled by citizens with voices that he shot one in the head and then called her a b**** as she careened to her death and he walked around before leaving the scene.

His callousness is unbelievable. He honestly acts like he just did the job he's paid to do. Maybe he did. Obviously #47 and his ilk think he did. IMO

MOO he was pizzed off at Renee's partner's heckling comments and looking for an excuse to escalate with the F*&%ing B*tches. Renee never showed an ounce of aggression, through her words or her demeanor prior to attempting to drive off. And nobody will ever convince me she weaponized that vehicle. It simply did not happen. She attempted to drive off as the ICE agents approached her vehicle from several directions with one saying get out of the car :( :(

None of what this woman did warranted death. Having seen it from Shooter's POV I can say I am even angrier about this case than I was yesterday.
I’m right there with you. 🤬

He was mad Renee’s wife implied he was fat. And he was seeing red towards these ‘f*cking b*tches’. MOO
Well someone doesn't like the truth

Also I agree he wasn’t circling her car with his gun drawn, however if he was originally filming with his right hand, he then had to make a conscious decision to move his cell phone to his left hand so that he could use his right hand to draw his weapon and fire. He does this as Renee’s wife is telling him to leave and go get lunch. Her wife is trying to get back in the vehicle so they can leave and that is when he goes to draw his weapon and put his phone in his left hand. He had time to decide to move his cell phone so that he could get his gun.

As far as who leaked it, I'm gonna guess the shooter himself.

JD Vance is already using it to come to his defense:

Whoa, that's the wrong take, JD. The world sees that video very differently.

Though, there will be people who echo him. I have no doubts about that.

A woman using her voice is really upsetting to some people. So upsetting that a trained agent can't help but shoot in the b**** in the head and walk away.

OK. So now we are de facto using the "it must be AI" bs line if it doesn't fit our views/narrative ?
Despicable.
Are you referring to the comments about the video from "Alpha News" -?

Well, I think the longer time goes by, the longer people have had to edit video's - it only makes sense, correct? Esp a video posted from a not well know conservative website no one has even heard of here. I'm surprised it was allowed since its not exactly MSM.

The video's coming from the scene by the people present at the time closer to the moment are imo likely not to be edited

The Vice President of the United States reposted it. Wouldn't someone in that position have had it vetted first?
